What an amazing experience! Giulia brought Florence to life for us. Her knowledge of the history of the city and the wonderful artworks was inspiring and no she answered all our questions - historical or otherwise- with enthusiasm. We planned for a half day tour with Giulia in Florence. The day before the tour Trenetalia announced that there was going to be a rail strike. We scrambled for a driver and got to Florence much later than expected. Giulia was in touch with us the whole ride in. She calmed me down, told me not to worry and managed to get us to our meeting place in time for our tour of the Accademia Gallery. And that was all before meeting her! She whisked us into the museum and gave us one of the best museum tours I have ever had! She was so knowledgeable, interesting, engaging and open for all questions. Her lead up to seeing the David was amazing! She then took us to a great cafe- Twist Bistrot - for coffee and a snack -yum! She talked to us about what she had in mind for the tour and then asked us what we wanted to do. She showed us all the ‘must-see’ sights and then walked us around, giving insightful history and fun facts about the sights and Florence in general. This was my third visit to Florence and I’ve never learned so much in such a fun way! She also answered 500 questions we had about all sorts of things. We ended up at a fantastic gelato place (better than the advertised best gelato in the world’ place in San Gimignano!) feeling like we knew so much about Florence, Italy and Giulia! I felt like we made a new friend for life! I highly recommend the Highlights of Florence tour and Giulia!Wonderful day in Florence with Giulia!

Giulia was our family’s guide - including 3 children in their 20’s - through Florence and she is amazing! Giulia has an infectious love of Florence. She has a deep knowledge base and is an excellent storyteller. We LOVED our time with Giulia and you will too!GREAT energy & amazing knowledge!

The Art of Il Uffizi very well interpreted. Don't go without a guide like Giulia. Without a guide we wouldn't get much out of Il Uffizi. With Giulia discovered and learned. I'm still buzzing. Art with a real Art guide!

My 13 year old daughter Maxine and I absolutely loved our tour with Giulia. She was so interesting and really made the streets of Florence come alive for us. We avoided crowds, saw small things that we would never have noticed, and got a real feel for the history of the place. Such a lovely lady who made us feel like we were with a friend, Giulia also helped us with advice for travel and shopping etc. Highly recommended!Strolling through Florence with a friend

We had a wonderful time on our customized tour with Giulia in Florence. She is a delight! She was able to take some of our diverse interests and specific sites we wanted to see and come up with an amazing tour for us. Not only is she so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions, she also brought so much humor and charm to the tour as well that had us laughing at numerous points. We were sad when we had to leave! Thank you Giulia! Tours with Giulia are the BEST!

I already know that the highlight of our week-long trip in Italy, which is still in progress, will be the morning we spent in Florence with Giulia. From the moment my son and I met her, we sensed her warmth and genuine desire for us to have a great experience. And, we did. Giulia managed to show us around the entire city, including the other side of the Arno (loved its peaceful vibe), while walking at a leisurely pace. We never felt overwhelmed by too much information. It was just the right amount, so you could ponder what she told you. The way Giulia wove interesting stories into the tour, educated us on the city's history and showed us hidden details in buildings that we would never see ourselves (while simultaneously maintaining casual conversation), was masterful. Giulia is an absolute pleasure to spend time with and her enthusiasm for Florence is contagious. I feel comfortable getting around the city by myself now and can actually identify what period each building was erected thanks to Giulia. You will have a wonderful time with her and fall in love with Florence.Happiness in Firenze with Giulia!
