I had the absolute best morning with Hassan. He arrived earlier than the agreed time and showed me parts of the old town which I'd never discover on my own. As a woman travelling alone, he made me feel safe and comfortable and never at any time during the tour was there any pressure to buy anything. He recommend a fantastic place for lunch away from the main square.

Hassan was a great tour guide for our family with three children 4, 6 and 8. We specifically booked him because he had lots of experience, and were able to list what it was that we wanted to do (or not do, hoping to avoid feel pressured to buy). Hassan has family connections in the Medina and knew a lot of people which meant that we could enter certain mosques, tunnels, community kitchens and local-spots which we would never had found on our own. We felt safe navigating the warren of streets in the souks that we've got lost in before and would recommend his tours to other families and those wanting to see a different side to every day life in Marrakech. It was also super helpful to us that he was able to organise for pick up and drop off to our hotel, and delivery of a rug that we'd bought.Family- friendly Medina tour

Hassan and his able assistant showed us a great time round Marrakech visiting the non-tourist side of the souks and old Marrakesh. He adapted the schedule to suit our needs and coped with 10 of us no problem. Essential trip, even if you’ve been to the main tourist parts of Marrakech before. Price was cheaper than other major tourist companies. Would highly recommend & we will be back Hassan! Hassan was super !!!! Since we arrived late to the meeting he could’ve cut the tour short to keep the correct schedule but instead he took us with him for almost the all day, we had thé and lunch together, he explained us a lot and showed us the real part of the Medina. It was the highlight of the vacations and he was super available also after to give us advice on where to eat and what to do. Super recommend The perfect experience

Hassan was an incredible and friendly guide. After a few minutes we already left the touristy parts and felt like we entered a different world - one where only locals have access to. And with Hassan we always felt very safe. We visited shops, artisan studios and productions and were hesitant to buy - but were never pressured this was really important for us. After the tour has ended and we went alone on our way home, we walked through the big market and were surprised to spot all the fakes they explained to us on the tour. So if you want to buy real stuff I'd say it's best to go with a local guide directly to the studios and get the real things for the same, if not lower price! An experience well worth!

We were 2 couples and we booked Hassan for our first day in Marrakech. We are SO glad we did. It was SO interesting, and a great intro to what can be an overwhelming city. He promised that we would see the "secrets" of Marrakech and he did not lie. We truly saw neighbourhoods and sights that most tourists would never see. I think it was one of those tours that you enjoy at the time, but appreciate even more when you explore the city on your own after.... you look back and really "get" what you saw! My only criticism, if I had to make one, is that we were not expecting the shopping stops - carpets, shoes, spices, etc. But as the week progressed, we noticed that most walking tours in the Medina have this component, so it is what it is. In the end, it was such a positive experience - Hassan was so animated and so enthusiastic about his city! If we'd had more time, we probably would have booked a second tour with him to explore another component of Marrakech.Wonderful introduction to the city!
