Hello, my name is Hieu, also known as Tony. I have been working as a licensed tour guide since 2018. I own my 7-seater car, so I will be able to offer good price tours. I can drive and guide you around Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue and more cities in Vietnam, tell you interesting stories about Vietnamese culture, history, cuisine.

I would thoroughly recommend taking a tour with Hieu. From initial communication through to final goodbye the experience was excellent. We took a day trip to Hue from Hoi An which provided a day full of historic and cultural information and sight seeing. Our many questions were answered along the way. Hieu picked the perfect place for us to enjoy lunch based on our preferences and thoughtfully kept my husband’s mobility issues in mind. With a return to Vietnam in the future I would not hesitate to contact Hieu again. Recommeded Experience

Hieu was a fabulous tour guide! We highly recommend going on this tour with Hieu. His local knowledge is extensive and he took the time to answer all of our questions. He is genuinely passionate about the local history and culture. The tour went at a perfect pace. He made sure we avoided the crowds and was very accommodating and considerate of our preferences. He enthusiastically shared his knowledge with excellent language skills. It was a real treat to go on a private tour. We learnt a lot! The Cham dance was beautiful and Hieu made sure we had excellent seats. We felt very safe and comfortable in Hieu’s vehicle. Communication was very easy and prompt. We are very grateful for Hieu’s warmth, patience, insight, expertise and kindness. Excellent tour to a very special place!!

We had a great day out as a family of four (our boys aged 13 and 10) with a day trip to Ba Na Hills with our local guide, Hieu, who picked us up at our hotel in Da Nang. Hieu speaks excellent English and answered all our questions en route to Ba Na Hills as well as sharing interesting information about the region and Vietnam. Whilst many people seemed to visit Ba Na Hills without a guide, I can safely say our day was better for having one. Hieu knew the location and helped guide us to see things, suggesting the sequence to see things to minimise queuing time. Ba Na Hills was very pretty. Lush greenery up the steep mountainside accompanied us on the cable car ride to the top. The attraction was packed which is something to keep in mind. There were long queues, but these kept moving quite quickly. It was exceptionally busy the day we visited as the weather in the days prior had been very wet following a recent typhoon. The castles were interesting and Hieu shared good information about the history. He was patient with kids who can become irritated when queuing. The Golden Bridge, whilst packed with people, was pretty and had amazing views. Just don't expect to have the bridge to yourself! There are lovely gardens, one of three large Buddha statues in the region, and lovely temple to also visit. Hieu's driving was very safe and he was a very lovely guy to spend the day with. He also gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations to visit during the rest of our stay. We can highly recommend Hieu as your guide in Da Nang. Ba Na Hills day out

I booked a custom two-day tour with Hieu. From the start, Hieu provided an exceptional customer service experience by being timely with his responses. He incorporated everything I’d requested in the itinerary and made some suggestions of his own. He arrived early in a clean vehicle and drove safely. We drove for over an hour to each of our destinations and Hieu answered any of our questions with clear English. I would absolutely recommend a tour with Hieu and would use his services again in the future!Exceptional Experience

Hieu was a great host, very knowledgeable with fluent English skills. The tour was the right length and offered many interesting insights that we would never been made aware were it not for our guide. Can strongly recommend this tour with Hieu! A+++Great private tour of Hoi An!

We had a wonderful night with Hieu. We booked a food tour with myself, my wife and three young children, not only was the food amazing Hieu took us to see the dragon bridge and night market we can not recommend this tour enough The perfect tour

I had a great experience tasting local cuisine in Da Nang with Hieu. He was familiar with all the local restaurants, and we tried many different Vietnamese dishes from rice to noodles and chicken, beef and pork. The overall experience was amazing and I would recommend this to anybody that is looking to get away from the tourist traps and try real local food.Amazing tasting with Hieu

Our tour in Da Nang with Hieu was simply wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. From the very start, Hieu was waiting for us at the airport as soon as we landed, and noticing we hadn’t eaten, he took us straight to enjoy a truly local breakfast — a perfect start to the day. He then guided us through a personal and peaceful visit to Marble Mountain and Lady Buddha. Thanks to his planning, we arrived early and avoided the crowds, which made the experience even more special. Along the way, Hieu surprised us with bonus stops that weren’t even on the itinerary — including the Dragon Bridge, the Road of Love, and a quick moment to enjoy the beautiful Da Nang beach. To top it all off, he took us to a local spot for lunch, where we tried quang noodles — hands down one of the best things I ate in all of Vietnam. And then, as if that weren’t enough, Hieu personally escorted us all the way to Ba Na Hills and stayed with us until the moment we boarded the cable car to our hotel. Throughout the entire day, he was attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful — always offering water, adjusting to our pace, giving us time for photos, and making sure we felt cared for every step of the way. We booked the tour for our family of 4 with two children (7&10) it was such an unforgettable experience. Hieu is so knowledgeable, fun and easy going. We created memories which we will treasure forever. We left at 15.00 which was ideal to be able to experience the lights and lanterns after dinner in Hoi An.Coconut Village & Hoi An Private Tour
