I graduated from Foothill College, CA, US 15 years ago with a travel Career degree.

After returning to Japan, I served a travel agency located in Tokyo for 6-7 years.

now I changed my career to tour guide. I think that many years of knowledge and experience in the travel industry to be useful as a tour guide.

Hiroki-san gave me a really good insight on the Osaka cuisine, there are two options of the tour: Dotonbori and Shinshibashi (I picked the first). I got to try quite a few different meals, and even though a few things didn’t go as planned - Hiroki-san swiftly managed to save the day, which amazed as it showed his good knowledge of the area.Great tour!

Today we had our food tour and had an absolutely fantastic time! From start to finish, the experience was well-organized, fun, and—most importantly—delicious. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to our dietary restrictions. He worked to find options that worked well for all of us. We had chatted in advance and confirmed our needs. Each stop on the tour offered something unique, from hidden gems to popular favorites. We sampled everything from seafood to matcha ice-cream for dessert.Delicious and Memorable Food Tour

We had a great time with Hiroki while we were in Osaka. Hiroki met us at our apartment we were staying with and we made our way by subway to the main strip of Osaka. We went on a food specialty and had some great meals and drinks while with him. Hiroki knowledge was great and he was so sweet and kind. We loved our time with him. Time in osaka

The joy of our time with Hiroki was he was totally flexible. We met him on our first evening in Osaka and we wanted to get oriented in this large city. He was able to help us use an ATM, show us how to buy train tickets ,shop for groceries, point out the sort of shops that would interest us and he took us for a meal in a busy part of the city Along the way he was able to answer lots of questions about Japanese life, especially for a young person. Hiroki is a thoroughly pleasant young guy who we would absolutely recommend.Total flexibilty

Hiroki lead my family from our Air BNB to experience Osaka Castle. We travelled as a local on the metro, spared our legs by taking the Osaka train to explore the gardens and the walk up to the first bridge and led us straight through the castle gates. He shared with us his love of Osaka and its history and where to get the best range of ramen in one spot. He was able to answer many questions we had from the museum that should we had gone alone we would not have had answers to. Would recommend a local guide to get those insights.Awesome guide

We enjoyed Hiroki very much. My favorite place was the Daigoji Temple. What we enjoyed the most was seeing Kyoto and Himeji as a local would. Of the entire 12 day cruise, the two days we spent with Hiroki were our favorite. Hiroki is one of the nicest tour guides I've ever had. He's so passionate and very polite. We ate, talked and walked a lot and we dont mind the time as if we've known each other for so long. “Half-Day Visit in Osaka with Hiroki” Hiroki took me on a private half-day tour of Osaka highlights, including Osaka Castle. He’s very knowledgeable and personable, so a complete joy to act as a representative of this bustling city. Since I didn’t have the time today to go inside the castle, he kindly arranged for me to “skip” the long ticket line by purchasing a ticket for me online, then emailing it to my phone for use the next day or two. He also explained where I should enter the shorter queue and show the QR code for quick admission…perfect!Osaka CIty Tour
