We were a group of 4 friends who wanted to learn about the history/culture of the Island and its people. Putu was the perfect guy for that. He was professional from the beginning,he was always available, flexible and exceptionally friendly. He was openly answering all of our questions and shared interesting details about the life of the inhabitants. Apart from the pre-defined itinerary of our booked trip, he expanded our experience with specialities from the local cuisine and sights along our journey. We were really happy to have him and would highly recommend a trip with him to every curious individual, who wants to get a good glimpse into Balinese culture, history and religion. What can I say about Putu? He's the best guide I've ever met in all my travels. He's a fantastic person, warm and always smiling. He never says no and tries to accommodate every request. He immerses you in Indonesian history with every explanation he gives. He took us around Bali for and it was fantastic. He drives superbly and pays great attention to detail. If I have friends going to Indonesia, I will definitely recommend them to organize their tours with Putu. Highly recommend! I did a customised day tour with Putu (and wish I had time for more). He has a calm, relaxed energy and a real gift for teaching. At each stop he explained the meaning behind what I was seeing, especially around Balinese culture and religion. I learned so much about the ceremonies that shape people’s lives here, which made the sights feel even more special. We visited Sangeh Monkey Forest, Taman Ayun Temple, and Tanah Lot, and the slower pace gave me time to actually take it all in rather than just rush through. On top of that, he still made sure I got great photos and handled the practical stuff along the way. I’d recommend Putu to anyone, whether you’re into culture, sightseeing, or just want a guide with a wealth of knowledge. If I’m back in Bali, I’ll definitely be booking another tour with him.A cultural & unforgettable Bali experience

I Putu was the best guide! He picked us up on time and showed us the sights of Bali! He was so pleasant and fun! Very knowledgeable about everything Bali. His English was impeccable and so was his understanding of the language. The only drawback was the traffic!! It took hours to go just a few miles. Of course this was not his fault we just felt bad for him and all the driving. It made for a long day. BUT I would gladly spend the day with him again. He also arranged for one of his team members to transport us to the airport! All around great experience!Great Day with I Putu!

We were picked up at our hotel by Putu, he was on time and was accommodating all day. Listening and adjusting throughout. I was keen to visit an ancient Banyan tree, this was a first for Puta, he enjoyed it too and made sure we hit some photographic memories. We asked Putu to take us to an annual festival (Perang Pandan at Tenganan Pegringsingan Village) which another guide had told us about. Even though he had never been before and the drive was a bit long, he made it work perfectly. We arrived at the right time, after spending some time in a lovely coffee and honey farm. He had chilled water in his car for us, and even a sun hat. He took photos of us with locals in their festival costumes, and made sure we grabbed a good spot to watch the event. When I went to the bathroom, he even had tissues and disinfectant wipes for me. When I pointed at a game the locals were playing, he played a round to show us how it worked, and when I said the skewers from a street stall looked good, he ordered them for us, and they were absolutely delicious, spiced tuna saté, which I had never tasted, and which are now my favourite type of saté. We also appreciated hearing about Putu's countriside life, the flower farm business he started during COVID and his family. He gave us some very interesting information on the crops and farming in the island, the water administration system, and Hindu practices. Thank you, Putu, for everything. I fully recommend Putu to anyone that wants to know more about the sights and history of Bali. He is tireless in his enthusiasm as a tour guide. Putu has so much knowledge about the areas we visited and was always ready with interesting facts about any area far and wide we visited with him. His vehicle is comfortable and spotlessly clean and he is a great driver too. I guarantee you will not be disappointed when you use Putu Putu is an excellent and tireless guide.

Putu was a fantastic guide with so much knowledge to share about the culture of Denpasar. He led us through the entire tour with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Along the way, he introduced us to some amazing local food stalls, giving us a delicious taste of authentic Balinese cuisine. While some places might look a bit concerning to tourists at first glance, Putu always chose the food spots with our safety and hygiene in mind. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout the experience. It was a truly enjoyable and enriching experience! Fantastic

I did the 3 hour city tour on my own with I Putu Merta and thoroughly enjoyed it. Putu knows so much! We did the cultural sights and also the market and some food tasting - a lot was new to me! Putu was friendly, attentive and happy to answer any questions. At the end of the tour he made sure I was safely in my taxi and I appreciated that. I can highly recommend Putu! An interesting tour with a lovely guide!

We were very lucky to be able to discover Bali with Putu and can recommend him wholeheartedly!
