I'm passionate about history and architecture. 26 years ago I got fascinated by tourism as a source of travel, beauties and values I could share with people from around the world. I like photography and city exploring in search of interesting places, stories, hidden details and unusual viewpoints.

My favorite themes include history, food, art and cozy nature escapes. I enjoy meeting people from other countries and using my sense of humor.

Having worked in the travel industry, I've done thousands of walking tours, but I have to say that Ihor was fabulous and we all loved our time with him. Not only was he informative, but he was also kind, thoughtful, and interesting - plus he showed us things we'd never seen, and we had all been to Oslo many times over the past 20-30 years. He planned a route that was great for all 4 of us, including my 92-year old mother, and even my stepfather was impressed - and he's worked in travel since the 1970s! So well done! Thank you!! We had 2 great tours with Ihor. The city tour was informative and fascinating. He shared his knowledge of the tremendous urban planning in Oslo and had so many wonderful examples. He is easy going and it was a great way to spend the afternoon and learn about Oslo. The tour of the islands was lovely. His love for these islands and everything they have to offer was evident. I thought reading it that this was to be more boating, less walking but it turned out to be a fun experience walking on the islands in Oslo fjord. Hour was prepared and knowledgeable and his personal experiences made the history more interesting! His interest in geology also helped. A very interesting guide!Walking tour of islands

We had a great time with Ihor! His passion for the old and new was apparent throughout the tour - full of factoids about the history, geography and geology of Oslo. One of our group broke his leg and was in a wheelchair. Ihor reorganized our tour so everything was accessible. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Oslo and very personal, sharing with us his own experiences. I highly recommend his tours. Thank you Ihor.Great tour guide
