My husband and I had the wonderful pleasure of dining with Isabel as her guest in her home. The company was an enjoyed as much as the food. Isabel is a wonderful cook and served us many dishes giving us the opportunity to experience Portuguese food at its best. This is the kind of experience that makes travel worthwhile and we will consider Isabel a life long friend. Dinner with Isabell

Isabel was waiting on her balcony for my taxi.
She was charming & hospitable.
I felt very welcome & comfortable
We had a stimulating conversation over a multi course dinner.
The food was all delicious She is going to share one of her recipes with me.
We drank a lovely white wine.

What a lovely lady and chef Isabel is! Such a nice evening with meaningful conversation and outstanding food. Loved the variety of courses served.... she puts her heart and soul into this evening.Fabulous eventing!

Six of us were warmly greeted by Isabel. She prepared a wonderful dinner and was very accommodating with dietary restrictions. Everyone enjoyed our hand prepared Portuguese feast and learning a bit about Portuguese culture and food.
Was really a great experience and I do not hesitate to recommend dining with Isabel. Highlight of Lisbon visit

Isabel has stories to tell and you want to hear them. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our evening: the food, the wine, and especially the company. We were served four courses of authentic food which was explained in detail and the three (plus) hours zipped by. Isabel intimates that she has remained close to many of her guests over the years, and I believe her. We will certainly stop by if we are ever again in Lisbon. Essential Lisbon dining

My partner and I had a lovely evening with Isobel, learning about and tasting traditional Portuguese foods, talking about local culture and customs, and getting a feel for this amazing place. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and by the time we departed we were good friends. Definitely recommend. Tast of Lisbon

Isabel welcomed us into her home with open arms and lovely food. My 30-something daughter and I enjoyed the experience. Isabel has interesting perspectives and tells very interesting stories.
