Hello and welcome to Denmark!

As a Danish Copenhagen native, lived all my life here, I carry a big passion and knowledge for the city. Following me through my wonderful birth city and explore back yards where I played as a kid and squares that use to be local markets, for all kind of everyday needs.

I offcause introduce you to the History of Copenhagen, but also to our everyday life, added with personal anecdotes from my full life lived here.

Chosing one of my tours, you'll explore the main attractions, but added to this, you'll also have a native's personal view of the city, including unique insight in our society, society, and the hidden gems of Copenhagen, that only a true native, full life Copenhagen guide, can deliver.

With more than 30 years experience guiding inside Copenhagen, including the last 6 years as a proffesional guide, and a full life lived in Copenhagen, I can deliver a wide and deep knowledge to Copenhagen and the soul and feeling of the city.

My motto is: ”I do not claim I am an expert in everything, but in Copenhagen I certainly am.”

Based on passion, broad and deep knowledge of the city, I give visitors a tour that both gives them insight of Copenhagen's nearly 1000 years of history, our everyday life, adding my personal experiences in and together with Copenhagen.

I still love to walk the city on my own, finding new spots, revisiting the backyards, where I played as a kid, walking the squares remembering the local markets that used to be around, and entering the parks to enjoy the meditative silence of those.

So even that I have decades of experience with Copenhagen, I never get tired of discovering and observing this beautiful city.

So, no matter if you stay here for days, weeks or just arriving with a cruise ship for a single day, I can offer you unique experiences with Copenhagen, that probably will be one of the highlights of your trip.

The private bike tour with Jeff was a great way to explore the city. He took us to places we never would have found and answered every question with great stories and information. Having a local take us around on made it easy to try out city biking and feel confident and safe. Loved every minute of the experience. This has been our favourite tour in my WithLocals tours (and others). Jeff was knowledgable, experienced and passionate. He managed us very well, kept us safe and comfortable. We loved the area he covered, more than just the highlights. He showed us the houses that he lived in as a child. Very special. Thank you very much Jeff, a real pleasure. We enjoyed our time biking the city with Jeff. He provides wonderful insight into the city as he grew up here and has stories to share. We covered so much ground, but all at a casual pace. Even though the tour is more than a year ago, my family and I still remember going around Copenhagen with Jeff. He showed us his Copenhagen with some very special things that you normally don’t see as a tourist. You can really feel the passion and the emotion that Jeff has for his city. I’ve used with WithLocals before and they were good but after this recent experience, I can’t recommend them. I booked a guide for my son who was flying in from London but he had to cancel due to the large fire at Heathrow. Granted it was within 24-hours (which was 36 hours after I booked) but they were not extenuating circumstances and that both the agency and guide acknowledged. And yet I received the runaround from WithLocals and the guide each willing to forego fees if the other agreed. Despite each agreeing, at the end, WithLocals claimed the guide walked back his agreement to forego. Disappointing

We had a wonderful time with Jeff exploring the beautiful and interesting city of Copenhagen. Jeff is an excellent guide and showed us places we would not have found on our own.
