Come and join me for slow and relaxed tours in keeping with the Spanish pace and way of life. I moved to Spain for 10 months...six years ago! Having spent this time exploring all the nooks and crannies and secret spots in Cadiz Province, I can't wait to share them!

I run guides with three distinct focuses: walking and exploring the beautiful nature of Cadiz; sampling and eating as much tapas & sherry as possible: meandering through the history and culture of Spain.

Whenever possible, I love to combine all three!

Het was een plezier om met Joanna de stad te verkennen, op een humoristische wijze heeft ze ons de stad leren kennen in al haar facetten van schoonheid en verborgen pareltjes tot geschiedenis, dit alles met een persoonlijke toets en oog voor detail waar we anders als toerist gewoon zouden voorbij lopen of overstappen, die twee en een half uur zijn voorbij gevlogen. Het was top, dankjewel Joanna.Suuuuuper

Joanna was awesome. I was worried about having a guide who wasn't born in Cadiz, but Joanna was so knowledgeable about both the history of the city and the culture of the place -- and seems to have so many friends here -- that it didn't matter one bit. We had a wonderful time walking around the city and eating some of the best food that Cadiz has to offer. I totally recommend her. Joanna Was Awesome!

Joanna was a complete joy!!! Our two hours went by too fast. From the moment she reached out to us to check on any dietary restrictions, or to find out if we had any time constraints, she was very focused on ensuring we would have a great experience. She shared fun stories about each of the local spots she took us to. She engaged with our daughters and kept us all in mind as we tried different local foods. We were sad to have our tour end. She even extended an extra 30 minutes to make sure we fully enjoyed our time in the market. The short time we shared with Joanna quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. After the tour she sent us all of the details about the food we tried. We recommend her 100%. Amazing guide

It was truly a joy to spend time with Joanna! She was a wealth of knowledge and we learned so much about the history of Cadiz and its people. We tried many food and drinks that were unique to this area in Spain. If you are considering a food tour in Cadiz I would highly recommend Joanna!Amazing food tour of Cadiz!

From the moment we met Joanna, the evening was amazing. The locations along with the food and drink selected were perfect. She is clearly passionate about Cádiz and this came through strongly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Joanna made our time in Cádiz unforgettable. She customized the tour based on things we wanted. We loved that she took us off the tourist path and ordered things for us to try. We ate and drank our way through the city. 😋 Even though this wasn’t a historic tour, she knew we loved history and she shared her knowledge with us as we walked along the tour. She even went out of her way and help us map out a few hours on our own after our time with her ended. If you have the chance book this wonderful experience with Joanna. Amazing Tour with Joanna

Joanna was an enthusiastic and engaging guide. She made us feel very comfortable straight away, gave us a view of the history of Cadiz and showed us some of the idiosyncrasies of the city. Some of the food experiences we would never have found on our own, she was able to talk about the provenance of the foods we tasted and we felt we were eating like the locals. Joanna also provided us with a number of restaurant recommendations for us to try on our own. All in all a great experience. Would certainly take another tour with Joanna.Food tour Cadiz.
