Come and join me for slow and relaxed tours in keeping with the Spanish pace and way of life. I moved to Spain for 10 months...six years ago! Having spent this time exploring all the nooks and crannies and secret spots in Cadiz Province, I can't wait to share them!

I run guides with three distinct focuses: walking and exploring the beautiful nature of Cadiz; sampling and eating as much tapas & sherry as possible: meandering through the history and culture of Spain.

Whenever possible, I love to combine all three!

It was truly a joy to spend time with Joanna! She was a wealth of knowledge and we learned so much about the history of Cadiz and its people. We tried many food and drinks that were unique to this area in Spain. If you are considering a food tour in Cadiz I would highly recommend Joanna!Amazing food tour of Cadiz!

From the moment we met Joanna, the evening was amazing. The locations along with the food and drink selected were perfect. She is clearly passionate about Cádiz and this came through strongly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Joanna made our time in Cádiz unforgettable. She customized the tour based on things we wanted. We loved that she took us off the tourist path and ordered things for us to try. We ate and drank our way through the city. 😋 Even though this wasn’t a historic tour, she knew we loved history and she shared her knowledge with us as we walked along the tour. She even went out of her way and help us map out a few hours on our own after our time with her ended. If you have the chance book this wonderful experience with Joanna. Amazing Tour with Joanna

Joanna was an enthusiastic and engaging guide. She made us feel very comfortable straight away, gave us a view of the history of Cadiz and showed us some of the idiosyncrasies of the city. Some of the food experiences we would never have found on our own, she was able to talk about the provenance of the foods we tasted and we felt we were eating like the locals. Joanna also provided us with a number of restaurant recommendations for us to try on our own. All in all a great experience. Would certainly take another tour with Joanna.Food tour Cadiz.

We had a very informative and excellent walking tour of Cadiz with Joanna. She made the experience fun, despite the heat, interspersed with a couple of sherry cocktails which were very welcome. I would highly recommend doing this walking tour with Joanna. Brilliant experience with Joanna

Joanna was a really excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about the city, it's history and traditions, as well as being fun to be with. At the end of the tour she had secured us a rare tapas table in the buzzing market place. We would not have seen or appreciated so much of Cadiz without her. Thanks JoannaFantastic Guide

Delighted to have joined Joanna’s food tasting tour. For over 3 hours she offered us a unique insight into the history, culture, traditions and gastronomy of Cádiz. She has a wealth of information to hand and conveys her love of this region with great passion. I am deliberately not posting details of the food and drinks that we sampled because that would spoil the fun ! Suffice to say that all tastings were bespoke to Cádiz so that uniqueness added so much more value to the experience. Joanna shared anecdotes, maps, restaurant and bar recommendations with us then forwarded details of all food, beverages and establishments visited the following day. Nothing was too much trouble and we thank her for providing such a superb experience. Recommend without reservation
