Γειά (Hello), together we will collect memories for our soul while discovering the beauties of Greece that are hidden from most and we will talk about our culture, social life, archaeology, history and many more.

I am a passionate antiquarian (he who study the past with particular attention to ancient artefacts, heritage sites, or archives and manuscripts). That means that we will discover and talk about places that even the most experienced local explorers have never been.

But the most important is that we will have a wonderful time not only on our destination but during the whole trip while learning new things!

John was an insightful, friendly and accommodating guide, he’s very knowledgeable about all things Greek. John went out of his way to take us to a local restaurant where we were the only tourist dining. Turns out he’s a foodie as well. When we’re in Athens next time , we will be sure to hit him up for another tour .Professional and friendly service

there were a lot of small detours that I really enjoyed, he told us a lot of fun facts and we had a super interesting conversation :) - this review is by a 13 year old by the waydefinitely the best tour ever

Highly recommended guide ! John was patient, really engaging with all ages in our group ! His knowledge is on another level and he is so clever with getting across lots of information in a fun way! No question was left unanswered and he also looked after us during a very hot day and made us laugh ! Enjoyed by all in our group ! The best tour in Greece !

First time we met John was for 3 hour on foot around Athens. He was very knowledgeable about ancient Greek history and methodology. He took us around old part of town for a walking tour. He was very engaging and my teenage son loved he stories and details.Great times in Athens

We had an amazing time with John. He took into account my love for history and my son's love for nature and took us to awesome archeological ruins that almost nobody knew about. It felt like a VIP experience, he got is into resorts and restaurants only local feel people know about. He was super engaging with my moody 13 year old son, who said he wants to use this service everywhere we go now. Super Knowledgeable and Flexible

Trying to keep two teenage girls engaged during a three hour tour is not easy, but John absolutely crushed it! Both of our daughters and my wife and I left with smiles on our faces wishing we had even more time to learn from John. He was incredibly knowledgeable and super engaging and fun with the entire family. In fact, here we are a day later, sitting at breakfast and still talking about how that was the best tour we’ve ever had. Would highly recommend him to anyone considering this tour!Best tour guide we’ve ever had

John was the perfect guide. He is so knowledgeable, personable, friendly, accommodating, and just plain fun. We were a family of 4 with a 9 and 11 year old. John treated them with respect and at just the right level for them. They LOVED the tour and him, as did us adults. I wish John could guide us on all our trips in Greece. Our group of 4 took the History of Athens, Greek Mythology Tour with John and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We leaned so so much about Greek Mythology that we did not know and how it has influenced Athens. John did a great job explaining things on our level and he was so engaging in the way he presented the information. It was a fantastic way to introduce ourselves to the city at the beginning of our stay. Highly recommend this tour and John!Terrific Tour

It was a little surprising to travel half way around the world and find a kindred spirit, but I think that is one of John’s gifts. He knows how to connect with people and then use that connection to share his vast knowledge of all things Greek including mythology, history, culture and cuisine. He guided us for two days and we learned so much, but more importantly we experienced Athens on another level. He took us to places we would have never found on our own and even if we did we would not have access. My daughters are particularly interested in mythology and he made learning come to life. He also takes great pictures! We will treasure the memories of moments shared for years to come. We decided to book with John based on the reviews of others, and now we are adding our own review. We would give him a 12 out of 10 rating if we could! Book John as your guide. You will not be disappointed!Time in Athens we will always remember!!
