Hi there !

I was born in Toulouse, France, to Spanish parents from Seville, and grew up in Montreal, Canada. With over 30 years of experience in the fashion and film industries and a deep passion for photography, I invite you to explore Seville with me - my Seville, the one I grew up with, filled with the stories of my ancestors, grandparents, parents, and family.

I will take you beyond the typical tourist spots and guide you through my favorite neighborhoods, hidden alleys,markets, parks, and authentic local bars serving the best tapas and drinks. I can also provide personalized recommendations for food and places to visit after our tour ensuring you make the most of your stay.

And if you have teenagers or children, I am the perfect guide to entertain them and make their tour adapted to them.

Jose Andres was a wonderful guide. Very attentive to our dietary restrictions and informative. As he walked us through the different neighborhoods he pointed out different local shops and restaurants highlighting what they were best known for. He was funny and kept us and our daughters engaged from the moment we met up with him. Along the way, he even offered assistance to others who were looking for direction or places to eat. He was very generous with his recommendations. We all enjoyed his stories, local shops and foods he introduced us to.. By the end of the tour we all agreed it felt like we had been taken around the city by a friend more than a guide.Great experience

Jose was a fantastic tour guide. He took the time to explain the area we were staying in, answered all our questions, and was happy to accommodate any requests. This experience was absolutely incredible – the perfect way to begin our trip to Seville! From the moment we met our guide, Jose Andres, we felt like we were being welcomed by an old friend. His passion for the city, deep food knowledge, and warm storytelling made this tour both delicious and meaningful. The food stops were thoughtfully chosen and packed with local flavor – from the fresh scallops and squid tapas to the mouthwatering pork jaw, every bite was a taste of authentic Andalusian culture. And it wasn’t just about the food – we got a mini city tour in between bites! Strolling through Triana and the annual Flamenco festival, past the stunning Seville Cathedral while hearing personal anecdotes brought the city to life in such a unique way. What really stood out was how flexible and personalized the tour felt. Jose adjusted things based on our tastes and pace, and gave us amazing recommendations for the rest of our trip. Jose A communicated early and often as we adapted to my needs and the very hot weather. He was extremely flexible is defining an agenda that exceeded my expectations. We visited the little visited but awe inspiring spots. Deep knowledge with a desire to share and add color to each place. Did very well in introducing my teenager to Seville and helped her gain confidence in the area and her ability to navigate. Thank you. Highly recommend and will call again if in area. My husband and I had a great time with in La Algaba with Jose. We started our tour with me taking an hour long horse back ride with one of Jose's friends while he and my husband shared a cerveza. When I joined up with them we explored a few tapas spots and ended up joining up with Jose's for drinks. Good times!Fast Friends

Jose Andres showed us many different facets of Seville. With stops at the Cathedral of Seville and the church of the Macarena, as well as City Hall, the parliament building, the Esplanada de España. At each stop Jose Andres gave us historical information or interesting facts. We visited the newer part of Seville where some of the popular night spots are. He always pointed out the beautiful architecture along the way like the Alfonso XIII hotel, and the Roman and Arabic walls around the city. All in all it was a great way to learn about Sevilla and which locations at which to spend our time.Getting the lay of the land

We had a lovely morning and early afternoon with Jose seeing the various neighborhoods within Seville. We learned a lot about the history of the areas and buildings. Jose is a great guide, very good communication. Would recommend taking this tour for anyone that would like a non traditional view and approach to seeing a city. A great way to see and learn about Seville

Jose ist ein super flexibler Guide, wir hatten Regen angesagt und er hat sofort einer Verschiebung auf den Nachmittag zugesagt. Erkennend, dass wir gerne essen, führte er uns zu tollen Plätzen und wir konnten auch gemeinsam tapas verkosten und Wein trinken. We had such a happy fun tour with Jose. He was totally brilliant and took us to all the fun bars and restaurants, which weren't the usual tourist traps. He was so enthusiastic and fun and my teenage children really enjoyed his company. We walked over the bridge to Triana and he showed us the colourful buildings and the new and old architecture, the ceramic museum and local restaurants and tapas bars. He was so much fun and I would definitely recommend him to my friends. The tour with him was the highlight of our trip to Andalucia.A really fun tour of Seville.
