Hi, I’m Joyanne. I came to uni here in York and stayed because it is such a welcoming place, full of culture, history and coffee - as you will soon discover for yourself ! I have worked in tourism in York for 15 years and have a good knowledge of all the attractions here, and in North Yorkshire too.

We thoroughly enjoyed the two hours long tour of York organised by Joyanne. She showed us the main historic landmarks in the town centre but also pointed to us lots of little details we would never have seen if we had been on our own. Joyanne has a wonderful knowledge of the town and thanks to her the visit was very entertaining and we learnt a lot! She ended the visit with a few treats which was a really lovely gesture. Our daughters really appreciated it! The whole tour went by in the blink of an eye. We would definitely recommend taking the time to tour York with Joyanne, you'll learn a lot in only two hours.
