Not what we expected we understood from earlier correspondence that tickets for the book of keys would be in her possession and we would enter a see the book on the day

While waiting for train to Howth , Kate asked us what we each were looking for in the tour. My husband loves history and I enjoy architecture and gardening. Kate made sure to include those items and more. I am hearing impaired and I had no trouble hearing or understanding her. Our tour was very fun and we learned a great deal. She was very attentive and caring about us as we walked along. Before leaving at the end of the tour, she let us know about some very good restaurants in the area, which we took full advantage of. Finally, Kate invited us to text or email her with any questions for the remainder of our time in Ireland. Exploring Howth with Kate was delightful.

Kate is very personable and an encyclopedia on Irish and Dublin history. She was a journalist and it shows in her broad interests and attention to details. She led us on an extensive walk through old Dublin and actually went overtime. She was as interesting on current Irish affairs as she was on the fascinating stories of Dublin.Knowledgeable, friendly and humouress

Kate is, of course, knowledgeable but beyond just repeating facts, she told stories that helped me understand the character of Ireland and Dublin. She was flexible in adjusting the itinerary after listening to what we wanted to know. Kate followed up with me after the tour with suggestions for the following day a d encouraged questions to her as we travel Ireland. Wonderful!Customized tour

I loved the private tour with Kate. She delivered on what I asked for--an art and literary tour of Dublin. Kate is concise, friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about the history of and present Dublin. As we walked she pointed out and in a story-telling way, brought to life the writers, artists, musicians that call Dublin and Ireland home. I highly recommend Kate.Fabulous tour with Kate

It was like walking through Dublins streets with a friend who knows all about history, art , locations and people. With every step we heard interesting stories , we saw impressive and beautiful sites and buildings . Any time we would do another tour with Kate. Perfect city tour

We had a nice trip up north with Kate as our driver and guide. She was able to provide round trip transport from our hotel in Dublin up to the Newgrange UNESCO area. We drove through some charming little towns on the way back. The day was a bit less structured than I was hoping for and as a result, we got behind schedule and were not able to visit a couple of sites as they were already closed. Overall, Kate had some great insights to share and was lovely company for the day.A nice visit to Newgrange
