The Florence history tour with Manuel was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and engaging, lots of historical contexts and hidden gems everywhere we would have never seen on our own. Highly recommend, 10/10 all around!Florence history tour - amazing!

The Renaissance in Florence came to life with Manuel! He showed us many details hidden in plain sight that brought new meaning to the city. His stories explained the tie between the history of this city and what we see today. Off the beaten path alleys, intersections, and piazzas all filled with fragments of history. Manuel provided an exceptional experience of the city and its history.

Our guide Manuel truly brought Florence’s history focused on the Renaissance to life for us - from an understanding of the city walls, Christianity and the changes it brought, the Medicis, architecture, the Dwrk Ages… all ties to interesting artifacts you can see and feel and touch… his tour is incredible and thoughtful and wildly fun and informative! Manuel ci ha letteralmente accompagnati in un percorso di conoscenza della vita di Dante e del Rinascimento e della politica del tempo che ha tenuto letteralmente incantati i nostri ragazzi di 12 anni. Grazie ai suoi riferimenti puntuali alla realtà del tempo a reso ancora più comprensibili le informazioni che i ragazzi già avevano acquisito a scuola ma che sentivano distanti. The tour with Manuel gave us a perfect view of the city. Manuel tells a lot of stories you can’t find in books. The hidden gems we would have never found ourselves. The tour made us look at the city from a different point of view and let us enjoy the city even more. We would definitely recommend a walk trough the city with this local guide! Great tour with a lot of information!

Manuel’s tour was very interesting and informative! He showed us so many interesting details about Florence in the architecture that we would have never noticed on our own. And he is a fountain of knowledge - you can ask him anything. Our time flew by. Thank you Manuel!Best tour ever!

Thanks to Manuel, we got an interesting Insight of Firenze. Our short stay in this, kind of, "cradle" of Europes cultural era, would have had less meaning without the knowledge we're transmitted from Manuel. Thanks a lot! I'll be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the three hours walking around Firenze with Manuel. He took us on a real time travel journey and we learned so much about the city, the people who lived there and the history. Manuel does a great job of bring Florence to life. We really enjoyed his breadth of experience and knowledge and his enthusiasm. Recommended. Walking tour - brilliant.

Manuel was so knowledgeable about the history of Florence. He took us through the timeline of the city and all it’s been through. He seemed to know everything about the city, and answered all our questions in detail. He made the tour engaging and enjoyable! Best way to learn the history of Florence

Manuel is an amazing tour guide! Very knowledgeable about the area and brought a binder of pictures to help us understand some of the architecture and maps better. I loved that! Very friendly and would absolutely take this tour with him again!Amazing host!
