Everything went smooth and as planned. Marcela met us at our hotel as we had planned, we adjusted the tour based on some sights we had already seen and were planning to see ourselves, and we were off on a fun and informative tour, learning about Oslo, Marcela’s experiences in Oslo, and life in general. We had the pleasure of exploring Oslo with Marcela on the first day of our visit, and it was the perfect introduction to the city. Marcela is friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. She was happy to adapt the tour to our interests, showing us all of the different neighbourhoods, landmarks, and attractions. We came away with a solid understanding of Oslo’s history—its key figures and significant events—while also learning about the modern architecture and the city’s evolution into what it is today. Marcela’s insights into life in Norway, both past and present, added real depth and context to the experience. The tour was a fantastic way to get our bearings and gave us plenty of ideas for the rest of our time in Oslo. Marcella hit the high points and also took me to places I would never have explored on my own. The library was a total, wonderful surprise. And I found her restaurant recommendations to be excellent.Full of suprises!

Marcela was great company and beyond informative. We loved our tour and learned lots. Highlights were when she took us into two buildings (City Hall and the Library) that we would never have known to visit. We would have just walked by them. She wrapped our tour up perfectly by depositing us at a great lunch spot that we would never have found on our own. We do a lot of private tours and enjoyed this one as much as any we have experienced. Thank you Marcela!

Marcela met us at our hotel in Oslo, where she arrived 10 minutes before the agreed upon time. Wonderful! We had a little chat, and set our expectations on what we wanted to see, and what she really wanted us to have seen. Very nice! During the tour we received detailed information about the history of Oslo, as well as about the current situation and living standards. The friendliness, fun and joy she expresses when guiding you around, is extraordinary. We strongly recommend everyone to give it a try. It's the best way to see the city, and learn about it in a pleasant way.Almost a walking encyclopedia...

We really enjoyed our 3 hour walk around Oslo with Marcela. It was clear that she knew the city but she also talked about the culture, living in Norway, problems and politics so we had a real insight into the city. And Marcela is delightful company. Really recommend her services. Knowledgable and charming guide
