I moved to Copenhagen in 2017, and immediately fell in love with the city. I love its Renaissance palaces and impressive cutting-edge modern buildings, the sea and the bicycle culture, even though I still can’t push myself to cycle in the winter as a “real” local. I think that my non-Danish background helps me observe some specificities of the Danish culture, which most of the Danes don't probably notice themselves. It is a great pleasure for me to share my feelings and my knowledge about the Danish capital, as well as Scandinavian traditions and lifestyle, with curious travelers. Back in Russia, I used to be a language teacher and a radio journalist.

Maria has shown us the most interesting places in the downtown including hidden spots that you will not find only by walking through. Great attitude and communication skills with the kids. Highly recommended for her history knowledge, attitude and flexibility.Amazing experience, great time

One of the best walking tours we’ve experienced. Maria was full of knowledge and pointed out many areas and things we would have not experienced. She was patient, friendly, and well experienced with the local culture and history. We had a great tour and a great time with our tour guide Maria. Very knowledgeable, dedicated and entertaining guide. I totally enjoyed the tour with Maria, exploring the newer districts of Copenhagen that are much less crowded than the typical tourist spots. Maria is incredibly passionate about Danish architectural style and shared a wealth of information about the various styles. I highly recommend taking a tour with Maria. Great tour

Maria was a wonderful guide, very personable, knowledgeable and passionate about her adopted city. Tailoring the tour to our needs we firstly explored the central area of Copenhagen and then after a short metro trip arrived in Nordhavnen, a newer residential and business district of Copenhagen. The 3 hours flew by leaving us wanting more of this beautiful city. My wife and I highly recommend Maria as a guide for your next visit to Copenhagen. Hidden gems of Copenhagen

Maria was great to enjoy an extended tour of Copenhagen with. We were in town for only Sunday thru Tuesday and we scheduled our tour with her for a Sunday so we had to be prepared to make sure we saw what was open on Sunday. We also had to juggle between openings on Sunday and Monday so make sure you know the schedule of all the tourist attractions you want to visit so you don't miss out. Maria was helpful in scheduling this. We saw all the highlights we could with her. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Maria!A great tour in Copenhagen

I had a wonderful and informative experience getting to know Copenhagen with Maria.
