Maria was patient, calm, knowledgeable, friendly (all of the above)! It was so nice to just walk around not worrying about getting lost. We were able to keep our eyes on our kids and the sites instead of the maps and also hear the history behind the area that I wouldn’t have been in a group tour. She was patient with my 3 year old who was wanting to stop at every tourist trap in town ;) ! Long story short: we would never have gotten to see what we did without her!Thank You

We had a great tour with Maria. She made adjustment so we could see some Castellers building human towers in a placa. That was a great Catalan experience. Marie was friendly and knowledgeable. I would do a tour again with Marie!Great Barcelona/Catalan experiy

We had an incredible time on the 10 Tastings of Barcelona tour with Maria. She was warm, flexible (even rescheduling when our flights were delayed), and went out of her way to accommodate our vegetarian, non-alcoholic family—including our kids (ages 8, 14, and 16) and grandparents! The food was absolutely delicious—Spanish omelet, toasted tomato bread, and an unforgettable vegetarian paella at a place she brings her own family. Maria made the experience feel so personal, sharing not just food, but her love for her city and culture. We left full, happy, and with amazing memories. Highly recommend this tour—especially with Maria!A Delicious Taste of Barcelona!

Maria is a lovely young woman with a keen sense of humor. We started the tour with a churro and rich chocolate dipping sauce, and an illuminating description of the structure of contemporary Barcelona which we soon visited. We then went to a neighborhood restaurant where we ate 5 or 6 tapas and had two drinks common to Barcelona. The culinary tour ended at a bar where we each (wife and I) had a glass of wine and 2 pintxos, one of the exquisite finger foods in this world.Our time with the Catalan storyteller

After a last minute cancellation from another tour host we were really happy that Maria could accommodate us. Communication was excellent. Meeting was easy. We had a wonderful fun and interesting 3 hours. Great choice of location for drink & amazing "snack" - best patatas bravas ever! The cafe was itself a hidden gem. Maria was really knowledgeable and very pleasant. We would recommend her to everyone!Barcelona with Maria

Amazing tour with Maria! She was able to accommodate my parents mobility issues and still show us everything we wanted to see. She suggested some great places to eat, and provided some wonderful local tips for my brother and I who are huge FC Barcelona fans Great tour!

Maria was exceptional. She really conveys the history and culture of Barcelona in such a way that it is fascinating and easy to understand - her passion is obvious. She tailored the tour to my interests and covered a wide scope of experience so well. The small details were the most important: the local library, the old hospital, the not so trodden paths and the incredible vermout and patatas bravas at a local bar. I would strongly recommend at least one tour with her.
