This was not a great tour. Mario offered nothing on the history or background of the city or the foods we were eating. The first 3 items were really good but to be offered the same drink at consecutive stops (red wine with lemonade) is just lazy, and the last stop had two varieties of fried fish - one with lemon batter and one more salty. Given the range of fantastic Spanish food and wine available this was lazy and cheap. I would not recommend this guide. Most disappointing tour I have taken

Mario did an excellent job taking us to his favorites places on our food tour. He took us places that tourists would never know about or be able to find that were excellent. He explained the history of the food and neighborhood. I would highly recommend taking his tour!Triana Food Tour

We were very much looking forward to experiencing food and places we would not otherwise have discovered in Triana. Mario was absolutely lovely but we did not learn very much about food, the venues chosen were a bit limited, we didn’t get to experience the market which we had thought was a central point of the tour and it was all over in 2 hours instead of 3. Not quite the tour we hoped for

We had a great tour with Mario who introduced us to typical local eats in Triana, in places he said mainly frequented by locals. Enjoyed this walking tour. A good introduction to local eats in Seville

This was an excellent tour with an outstanding guide. Mario was really funny and kind, and he immediately felt like an old friend. He is very accommodating to those with allergies as well. He made sure to take us to authentic restaurants and bars that only true locals would know… we didn’t see another tourist during our whole tour! He also taught us about the history of Seville and Spanish culture. His English is excellent, which was great for the non-Spanish speakers in our group. We tried a variety of tapas and traditional foods (and sweets!), with some great wine pairings. We HIGHLY recommend this tour, and HIGHLY recommend Mario! Great food, great guide! We love Mario!

Mario arrived on time and explained the tour before we set off. Unfortunately some of the bars were closed which was unexpected but, Mario rearranged the program to ensure we saw the best. The highlight was "anchovies on toast" which were exceptional. We would heartily recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys Tapas. We rate this the highest.Wonderful Tapas Tour

Mario met us on time in the Triana section of Seville. He was a very pleasant gentleman, and immediately made us feel comfortable. He took us on a very comprehensive tour of a local Seville neighborhood called Triana. We are Tapas in several different tapas bars. Stops were true local hangouts, and the owners\staff were very pleasant.
Our stomachs were full at the end of the tour, and our evening was a very pleasant experience thanks to Mario.

Mario is a Rally nice guy who made us have great time. Tour made us discover places away of usual tourist-paths. Just perfect!Great tour great food
