Hi everybody!

Hello everyone!

My name is Martina and I'm 34 years old. I grew up in the beautiful Mugello area, the florentine countryside homeland of the great Medici family. I have a degree in English and Spanish languages and literatures, I'm an official guide of Florence and its province and a sommelier. I love my city, my homeland, I love being with other people, and this is the reason why I've chosen this job. My aim is to gift interesting, funny and magic moments to anyone chosing not to rely on a paper-guide. See you soon!

Martina was an excellent guide. She is a professional tour guide and well trained. We appreciate that she is from Florence and really knows the city. She gave us a great mix of culture and history. We had a nice leisurely pace and never felt rushed. Her English was strong and easy to understand. She showed us some hidden gems. Unlike some tour guides that take you to places where they get a kickback, she clearly did not do that. We strongly recommend her for tours of all ages. Excellence

My wife and I had visited Florence previously but this was a first visit for our 12 year old son. Martina was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide who structured the tour perfectly for us. My wife and I saw parts of the city which we had missed before and our son enjoyed learning about the city’s history. We would definitely recommend Martina as your guide to Florence!Great introduction to Florence

Martina was far and away the best tour guide we’ve had. She showed us little hidden gems throughout the city that we would never have noticed. She tied in history with the art and context to bring it all alive. She was excited to show us the city and modify her plan to accommodate our wishes. Fantastic tour and guide. Florence with Martina

We can't begin to convey how pleased we were with the delightful experience provided by Marty. She is a lovely, intelligent individual and her knowledge of Florence was extensive and entertaining at the same time. We were impressed by her energy and enthusiasm - and her obvious love for her home. We highly recommend her, it was a wonderful experience.Martina was a delight!

Spending the afternoon with Marty at the Uffizi was like being with an old friend. She was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. She showed us the important paintings and the history of each one. We wanted to see the Caravaggios, which might not have been on her normal “route”, but she made it possible to show them to us. We also went through the Vasari Corridor which was very special to experience. A great tour with someone who was attentive and very much enjoyed art history! Grazie! Uffizi con mi amica

We had a wonderful tour with Martina. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job giving us context and antidotes about the medieval and renaissance Florence. Incredibly personable and flexible with organizing the tour for us. My kiddo really likes pedestrian bridges and Martina arranged for us to finish up at Ponte Vecchio with a discussion of it so that when we parted ways we could further explore that area. She also gave us suggestions for lunch restaurants with good vegan options. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better tour or guide. Martina was Fabulous

We visited the Ufizzi with Martina for 2 hours. She was very informative and patient with all our questions and also accomadating our requests. Even though it was quite busy that day, the tour was very relaxed and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Martina for an added value to your experience.Fantastic

Martina was great! Pre-visit communication was easy and efficient. Meet-up place clearly described. And, most important, she was very adept at leading the four of us through the crowded museum whilst giving us a very informative and interesting tour. Excellent Uffizi tour!
