Hi! I'am Massimo (that's a really "roman" name) and I'm Art Director and Graphic Designer. I live in the centre of Rome, that's why I spend a lot of time just walking or cycling on the streets and places I know as the back of my hand. By the way, all my interests (art, design, cooking, etc.) are tightly related to my town that is the best "land" where I can "cultivate" them. That is why I am thrilled by the opportunity to be a local host and I am ready to show you all around!

To be welcomed into a Massimo’s home was a real treat! We watched and helped him cook three delicious pasta dishes with minimal ingredients and maximum flavour! He gave us great tips on how to make simple meals and ideas we would never have thought of ourselves. His vast experience of his home city is wonderful , and we left with lovely recipes , full tummies , and some great tips for the best gelato in town! This is not a large cooking group, but a private experience where you watch, learn and help. Perfect, thanks Massimo!Unique way to spend an afternoon in Rome

Massimo invited us into his home and was extremely welcoming to us and our three children. We had an amusing and informative pizza lesson with the kids 100% believing they were in charge while Massimo taught and supported them to create incredible pizzetti and a pizza with impressive ease. We all enjoyed sampling the delicious food and learning about Rome’s culture from Massimo’s life growing up in the city. The pizzetti were in particular a huge hit and we were grateful for the recipes to take home- Thankyou so much Massimo!Kids said it was the best day!

We had a brilliant experience making pizza and fried pizza balls with Massimo. He was a great host and welcomed us into his home. The food was absolutely delicious and all 3 of our kids loved getting involved with the making and the earing! I would recommend this as a great session for kids! Thank you Massimo!! Our time with Massimo was a highlight during our visit to Rome. Not only was the food delicious, he was so wonderful with our daughter. She had the best time learning about the ingredients and helping to put the dishes together. We all left with a new appreciation of Roman cooking and feel confident to try it ourselves at home!A Unique & Delicious Experience!

Massimo gave us a warm welcome in his house, where we spend 2 hours in his kitchen. Our children (11, 10 and 7) got invited to help him make authentic Roman pizza and Pasta Amitriciana. Thank you Massimo for this wonderful experience and all your cooking tips. We are definitely going to make this food again when we are back home.Authentic Roman Food Workshop

We had a great pleasure to learn a lot about a real Rome pizza, go through every step of making the best pizza ever and enjoyed eating it so much!!! Massimo explained the process in a very interesting way. We could see how much he loves it, learned about small pizzas which his grandma used to make for Christmas! It was an unforgettable experience! And we highly recommend it! Amazing experience

It was a great experience to get cooking Insights for homemade Pasta. Massimo was the best Chef ever and made that cooking class to an unforgetable event for us in the Heart of rome!
