When I play music I let my inner freedom of expression combine with knowledge in order to fit perfectly in harmony with the music itself and this formula is the same that I apply while I am making food. Simply finding the correct infusion of ingredients and elements that allow you to reach the perfect combination. Passion = Happiness

Our guide rushed us through the first 30 minutes from place to place without really having a chance to enjoy anything. There also seemed to be strange energies with other tour hosts or restaurant owners, almost as if he was offending them some how. Was unfortunately a very awkward experience. Not the best experience

We had a wonderful time with Mauricio. Very insightful. We learned a lot. Food was great, Start out in Camo Del Fioria and ended in Testevere. Tried great pizza, muzzles, pasta and gelato.All good. I would do another tour with hom

Mauricio saw that some of us were having difficulty getting around so he adjusted the tour accordingly which was so weird of him. I learned more about Maurizio than I did about the food and area but he was very nice. We also got 5 tastings and not 6. He also didn’t leave us until we were safely in a taxi so kind.Caring

Maurizio was a great host, walking us around various stops in Rome sharing stories of his experiences and some of the history of our various stops. The food was excellent, and we would highly recommend this experience. Great food, great host.

Every place Maurizio took us to eat was fantastic. He was very friendly and full of interesting facts that he told us along the way. Would recommend him as your guide. 10/10 experience. Amazing experience

Maurizio was a great guide! He knew all the best bites in Rome and introduced us to some really delicious foods. He's also really friendly and easy to chat with. We all loved this tour - both our teens thought this was a huge highlight of our time in Rome. Highly recommend! Amazing day with Maurizio
