I'm a Tour Guide with a Premium License and special Palace license. My favorite is not only traveling, but also cooking and tasting new dishes from all over the world, especially traditional dishes from other countries.

I grew up in a traditional small village in the Isan region of Thailand. I have a lot of local experiences that I would love to share with you, given the opportunity. Local traditional life is in my blood.

My other loves apart from Thai history and food are a dark roasted cup of coffee or a cold glass of Guinness ☕😍.

I can also pass on many hints and tricks on local ways to help make your holiday even more enjoyable, such as how to best explore and find some exciting hidden places by yourself.

I am a very keen amateur photographer (it is my favorite hobby), and I hope I will be able to help you get the very best shots to make a perfect memory of your trip.

As a very traditional Thai Buddhist, I will be able to provide some interesting background and information on Thai Buddhist ways and practices.

We have just returned from our wonderful market street food tour with Moddy. Prior to the tour Moddy sent us all the details that we needed to meet up with her on WhatsApp. If you are new to Thailand it explains in detail about where to go and how to get there. We met with Moddy and the first thing we noticed was her infectious smile. She has to be one of the most uplifting, positive minded people that we have met. She welcomed us and explained what was about to transpire. Without giving too much away the food, clothing and gift market was excellent. Moddy whisked us around explaining all the variety of food and the it was up to us to choose our meals and drinks. There was so much variety it was hard to choose. Moddy made it so easy for us with letting us know her favourites and why. We then spent the next few hours eating and swapping stories. She is a fantastic host and an asset to the WithLocals company. She truly represents the open friendly nature of Thai people, it's food and its culture. She is knowledgeable and provided us with lots of local hints and tips for the remaining time on our holiday. We can't recommend Moddy highly enough. Anyone considering a tour with Moddy won't be disappointed. Wonderful food market tour

Moddy did a wonderful job telling us all about Bangkok, taking us walking throughout and letting us get immersed in the culture. Even with a DOWNPOUR of rain she made the most of it and we had the best time! Great day of learning

Our private couples tour of Bangkok took in the Grand Palace, Temples, a canal longboat tour, an tuk tuk ride, and a walk through Chinatown. We did a lot of walking and saw a lot of what we were keen to see. Moddy was very knowledgeable and answered our questions patiently and provided engaging historical accounts of each location. Her English was great and we had no trouble at all understanding her. She also gave us great tips on how to use the local sky train and underground trains, and shopping malls with good food courts. We put this advice to good use and felt confident using the local trains on our own. Thanks so much Moddy. We had an absolutely fantastic time with Moddy on our canal boat, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun temple tour! Moddy wasn't just knowledgeable about the history and culture, she was incredibly engaging and made the entire experience so much fun. Her cheerful personality was very inviting, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Moddy was so creative when it came to taking photos. She knew all the best spots and angles, and captured some truly amazing memories for us. We felt like she tailored the tour to our interests, making it a truly personalized experience. Moddy was our guide for the Buddhism and Monks tour in the morning and then our Night Market and Street Food in the evening. She is a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful lady. We enjoyed both tours with Moddy, and would highly recommend her. Her English is good and her enthusiasm and love for her faith and county was appreciated.Enlightening tour

Moody speaks English well. Her knowledge of Buddhism was enlightening and we very much enjoyed the experience of listening to the traditional Buddhist practice of chanting and talking with a monk afterwards. The temples and meditation areas are beautiful. We also took an evening market food tour with Maddy that was filled with delicious food that we would not have known to try. She is very kind and went out of her way to make our experiences on both tours excellent.Experienced 2 tours with Moddy
