We had the most wonderful time with Nathalie! She was very accommodating and very comfortable to be with. We really enjoyed the food, the city and our time together. We talked and laughed a lot. We really enjoyed this. My daughter said it was like being with a friend. Definitely recommend!!Wonderful experience

We had a good experience with Nathalie. She is friendly, outgoing, and knows the city and its history well, giving us useful tips for things to do in Cartagena. She spent the full three hours with us, making the tour pleasant and informative. During the food stops, we tried fresh fruit juice at the market, an arepa, local beer, coffee with cheese bread, and a special chocolate with an interesting story. We had expected a few more dishes, but we were satisfied. Nathalie answered all our questions and made the visit enjoyable. Thank you!Good experience

We had a wonderful morning touring Bogotá with Nathalie! She was incredibly kind, responsive, and knowledgeable about the city’s history and culture. Traveling alone with three children can be a challenge, but Nathalie made us feel safe and supported every step of the way. She was patient and engaging—my daughters absolutely adored her. While the tour itself was quite expensive compared to similar experiences we had in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Costa Rica (something outside of Nathalie’s control), her personal service was excellent. My only suggestion would be to offer a taxi or tuk-tuk option for families, as walking with young kids made it hard to cover as much ground as we would have liked. Overall, Nathalie was a fantastic guide and I’m grateful we had her with us in Bogotá!Lovely and kind! 10/10 Recommend Nathalie

Bogota is a huge city and we were somewhat time constrained, so rather than a "highlights" or "kickstart" tour, we focused on a single area that we had heard great things about - La Candelaria. It is the original part of Bogota and has great architecture and stories. I messaged Nathalie to arrange a private tour for me and my wife of just the Candelaria neighborhood. Lucky for us she happens to have born and raised in that neighborhood. Nathalie was delightful and her tour was fascinating, informative, and unique in that it was coming from someone so intimately familiar with the area. She showed us hidden gems that I guarantee no other tour would see. I highly recommend a tour with Nathalie!Great guide with fantastic local knowledge

Natalie affords you a look through her eyes of a city she so clearly loves. And the hidden little gems are truly that, something you would never find as a tourist from a local shop with a wide array of practical to traditional and hidden away beautiful homes. Highly recommend!Full immersion into an eclectic city!
