Hi, I am Nguon Sominea but I also have a nickname (Lux) I have been touring this beautiful Siem Reap city & temples around Cambodia for over 12 years and I have done many tours with this site (Withlocals) for over 8 years now.

I am passionate about history, art, culture, people, and food.

We had a truly enjoyable and seamless two-day tour with our guide, Ngoun. From the very beginning, he provided clear and timely information to help us prepare for the trip. Thanks to his suggestion to purchase our Angkor Park tickets in advance, we were able to avoid delays and start our journey smoothly. Ngoun guided us with great care and flexibility, beginning from the early hours at sunrise. He thoughtfully adjusted the itinerary to suit our preferences, ensuring a personalized experience throughout. Although we had visited the Angkor temple complex before, this time we gained many new and fascinating insights—something only a knowledgeable local guide can offer. Our driver was also outstanding: respectful, cautious, and attentive at all times. Both Ngoun and our driver went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even fulfilling extra requests with kindness and efficiency. Ngoun did a great job of answering our questions, taking pictures while we were in the waterfall, and giving us options to see everything or shorten the trip as our gets got tired. Catered the tour to us and our kids

Ngoun is a local guide, ideal person to discover the hidden gems of Siem Reap! We drove around in a tuk-tuk and visited a local ceramics shop, temples and a place where Cambodian people where practicing craftsmanship such as stone carving. I can recommend!Excellent guide to discover Siem Reap!

What an amazing day spent with Ngoun He arrived promptly and took fantastic care of us He had us all set up to watch the most amazing sunrise over Angkor Wat He then took us to some smaller temples away from the crowds It was lovely to be able to explore with no one else around His knowledge was remarkable Such insite into the history of the area I cannot recommend Ngoun enough Book him You will not be disappointed Amazing

Cambodia is a fantastic country. We spent 2 days with Ngoun (Lux), who is an excellent guide. Ngoun is very knowledgable, friendly and attentive. We now have a better understanding of Cambodia's history and culture. I highly recommend this tour with Ngoun.
