Hi, this is Nick! You are about to visit the most beautiful and fun city in the world and I would be honoured to be the one to show you around!

I've been here my whole life, Budapest is my home and I know the city inside out. From the most beautiful sights to the hidden secrets... From the best local dishes to the coolest Ruin Bars... On my tour you will be a traveller, not a tourist, as you will have a local friend whose job is to ensure you see and experience the most important parts of the city! Budapest is a mixture of amazing and quirky, beauty and emotions, let me show you everything! I'm very flexible so if you have any extra requests or ideas feel free to ask!

Ps: I have a British father, so weird accents from all around the world are welcome!:)

We hired Nicholas for a five hour private walking tour of Budapest. Communication was good in advance of the tour. Nicholas had an incredible knowledge of Hungarian history, including recent history, and a gift for explaining everything in a way that was understandable. I felt like we walked away with some understanding of life in Budapest and in Hungary more generally. I enjoy seeing the sights, but these kinds of insights are just as valuable to my experience on a tour. A terrific guide in Budapest

Nicholas was an extraordinary tour guide who made Budapest history and culture come alive! Nicholas provided valuable context for the historic sites, food, and modern culture of Hungary. He could summarize key events quickly and succinctly, while still diving deeply into details where we had questions. He was warm, friendly, and thoughtful. 10/10!!!Fun and fascinating tour!

we had the most fabulous walk with Nick. Absolutely surpassed expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure we saw Budapest in a meaningful and insightful way. We had been on a tour with a cruise and were disappointed. I contacted Nick to give him this feedback and at very short notice he adjusted the planned walk so we experienced everything we wanted. Nick managed to pack so much into our morning, showing us around Buda & Pest. It felt like he really tailored our tour to things most interesting to us. We would never have managed so much on our own. A truly fascinating morning. Great morning in Budapest

Our group of 4 booked a 5 hour tour with Nick We had an absolutely great experience. Nick did a wonderful job at showcasing his home town and having an English born father, Nick's English is very fluent. We mat on the Buda side, it was a warm day and we walked at a comfortable pace making two stops on our journey. We traveled on the underground train, which we would never done on our own and after the tour managed to do a return journey on our own We loved the Langos and Nick made recommendations for places to eat and traditional Hungarian dishes to try Highly recommend Nick'and recommend this tour to get the most of your stay in Budapest5 hour city tour
