Hi, this is Nick! You are about to visit the most beautiful and fun city in the world and I would be honoured to be the one to show you around!

I've been here my whole life, Budapest is my home and I know the city inside out. From the most beautiful sights to the hidden secrets... From the best local dishes to the coolest Ruin Bars... On my tour you will be a traveller, not a tourist, as you will have a local friend whose job is to ensure you see and experience the most important parts of the city! Budapest is a mixture of amazing and quirky, beauty and emotions, let me show you everything! I'm very flexible so if you have any extra requests or ideas feel free to ask!

Ps: I have a British father, so weird accents from all around the world are welcome!:)

Our group of 4 booked a 5 hour tour with Nick We had an absolutely great experience. Nick did a wonderful job at showcasing his home town and having an English born father, Nick's English is very fluent. We mat on the Buda side, it was a warm day and we walked at a comfortable pace making two stops on our journey. We traveled on the underground train, which we would never done on our own and after the tour managed to do a return journey on our own We loved the Langos and Nick made recommendations for places to eat and traditional Hungarian dishes to try Highly recommend Nick'and recommend this tour to get the most of your stay in Budapest5 hour city tour

Nicholas gave our large family a wonderful walking tour of Budapest. He included a lot of history as well as fun breaks for the kids. He kept us all engaged the entire time. Thanks for helping us have a great time in Budapest! Fantastic tour for both adults and kids

Not only did Nick treat us to some AMAZING food, he also shared history and cultural highlights of his wonderful country. He clearly has pride in his hometown, he is engaging, fun and the time went by so fast! Nick was educational, informative and enjoyable. He did an amazing job of engaging our kids, 8 and 9 years old. We appreciate how he presented Hungarian history, the good and the bad. Nick customized our tour based on our specific interests. Overall a great experience!Great experience!

We had a five hour tour with Nick, starting in the Castle district in Buda, finishing in Heroes Square on the Pest side. Nick was very personable, spoke perfect English and provided exactly what we hoped to achieve from the tour. His knowledge is amazing and we learned so much about this beautiful city, the country as a whole, its history, cultures and traditions. Nick shared some details of the country’s more unsavoury history which we thought was very honest of him. We highly recommend Nick, you might struggle to book him during the football season because he is a (semi?) professional player. Thanks Nick. Nick - Great guide in Budapest

Nicholas is a great guide! He took my grumpy 12 year old son and got him to enjoy learning about Hungarian history. He included funny anecdotes as well as important dates while showing us some beautiful sites. Even got our son to ride the subway! Thank you very much Nick, we will be back! You missed one of the best bits after the tour ended, where the boys could not remember where they parked the car for an hour. It was all good in the end, they made it home.😊 We highly recommend Nick to every one!Teenager approved

If you want a thoughtful, very articulate, comprehensively bi-lingual (Hungarian/English) tour guide Nicholas is your man. He cares deeply about Hungary, yet he does not shrink from explaining some of the very sad chapters in its complex past. He is simply an excellent guide and a fascinating conversationalist. Nicholas met us at the train station and then we used public transport and walking to see the highlights of Budapest. Although a Budapest resident his entire life, Nicholas speaks flawless English due to having an English father. Nicholas not only shows the top spots but also included a visit to the last remaining part of the Jewish Ghetto from WW2. He also introduced us to real Hungarian food. A top notch guide. Recommended highly.Excellent and Authentic Tour of Budapest
