The guide was not just highly knowledgeable, but also obviously passionate about the sites and the story, a trait that always boosts the experience. We were transported back in time, but in a manner befitting grown-ups, i.e. with research-based facts and interpretations. I found the guide very approachable as he not only answered the numerous questions from the group, but was also willing to chat away about art and history in between the sites adding greatly to my understanding of Ravenna and beyond. All in all, a highly enjoyable and informative.All in all, a highly enjoyable and informative.

The churches with the mosiacs were beautiful. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. I wish we saw more places.A must do!
