Ratana was sweet, fun, very knowledgeable particularly about the temples and city history. She was kind and chatted to all our family including our children. This tour focussed mainly on the several Buddhist temples that we visited, so if that’s what you mainly want then this tour is fine. The only reason we have to mark the tour with Ratana down was that we paid for a 3 hour tour (which isn’t cheap for 5 people) but it wrapped up just under 2.5 hours. If it’s a 2.5 hour tour it should be sold as that with the price relative.

She is knowledgeable, funny and flexible. These are the 3 traits I look for most in a tour guide. I highly recommend Ratana, you will not regret it.Ratana is fantastic!

Having visited Chiang Mai on several occasions but have never had a more fulfilling day than when I spent time with Ratana. She has lived in Chiang Mai all her life and it shows. Her smile is as infectious as her personality! My request to her was a day of immersion into the local community and culture, away from the typical “tourist” atmosphere, and she delivered! I was able to get a feel for the logistical aspects of the overall city and visit some smaller Wats and villages as well. I was able to see the local markets and how the locals traded, she explained the proper etiquette when shopping and was able to communicate with the vendors to help me understand the different foods and their applications. If you’re looking for a wonderful way to spend a day and get to know Chiang Mai do not hesitate to reserve Ratana. 😎 🙏 A PERFECT day in Chiang Mai !

My 11 -year old grandson and I had a wonderful experience with Ratana in Chiang Mai. We did two different tours with her and both were great. She was very attentive to our interests and went above and beyond to make our visit to Chiang Mai memorable.Great excursions with Ratana in Chiang Mai

We had a brilliant day with Ratana, her knowledge of the city and temples was amazing. Through going on this tour it gave us a perspective of the city and was so helpful for us to be able to plan the rest of our time and get to see lots more of this wonderful area😊 Chaing Mai adventures

Ratana is rustig, vrolijk en lacht veel , vertelt genoeg, maar je krijgt geen ‘overload’ aan informatie. Alle vragen die je stelt, weet ze ook te beantwoorden. Een hele fijne gids !!! 🧡🙏Leerzaam en gezellig

Our trip to Chiang Rai with Ratana was very pleasant and interesting. In addition to the sights, Ratana's pleasant and humorous nature is worth mentioning. And not always a given: Ratana is a good and considerate driver. My wife and I can definitely recommend a trip with Ratana.Trip to Chiang Rai

We had a great time with Ratana trekking through the national park, learning about plants, seeing the waterfall and finally making it to visit a local Karen village. We saw weaving and got to drink some coffee and eat at a local restaurant before heading off to Doi Ithanon. Overall it was a long day but Ratana got us a rice snack and was great at giving a lot of relevant information and making it fun!Ratana is the best!

Ratana is very sweet, and we had a great time learning phrases to haggle and interact with local vendors. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. 😊Good experience

Ratana was very sweet and kind to us throughout the trip! She is very friendly and easy going with the vendors, which makes everyone smile and treat us back with warm energy. She took us to secret spots and we had a sneak peek in to the lives of locals, which added a lot of depth to our journey. She felt like an auntie to us. Thank you Ratana! 🙏Best Tour Guide
