Hello! My name is Romana and I was born and raised in Dubrovnik and I am very proud to call it my home. I have been doing tours since 2016 and I am in love with showing and teaching people about my culture in a fun way, I want to make you feel like home! My hobbies are learning new languages, travelling and always learning something new! I’m also a big foodie and coffee lover and I would love to show you where the locals actually go and what do we do! Can’t wait to meet you all in Dubrovnik :)

She was a truly wonderful guide — full of passion and deep love for her hometown. Thanks to her local knowledge, we enjoyed excellent restaurant recommendations and smooth navigation, which made our first visit to Croatia truly memorable. She also shared many fascinating, behind-the-scenes stories about the filming of Game of Thrones, adding a special touch to our experience. Highly recommended! Amazing Guide with Heart & Knowledge !

After a morning of exploring old town and walking the wall, we had a 2 hour window to see the GOT sites. We quickly booked a tour with Romana. She was great! She knew more about GOT than we could ever know and took us to all the key places and scenes. Her picture book helped us reenact in our pitiful way. Her efficiency got us through all of it in exactly 2 hours. Efficient GOT tour

“Romana was a great hostess for our first night in Dubrovnik! She took us to a few incredible spots and introduced us to some tasty + unique beverages. We loved the local feel of the tour. At each stop, Romana sprinkled a little bit ‘extra’ into the experience (correct pronunciation of challenging words, getting to know local pub owners/employees, historical tidbits not commonly discussed, etc). We highly recommend booking her for a private tour - it was so much fun!!”Wonderful experience

“The wine tasting and street food tour is a great experience, not just for the excellent wine and cheese to start, but also for the opportunity to sit and chat with a local, being able to ask any questions. The evening was fun, we learned quite a bit about Dubrovnik itself and its development of the tourist industry in the last few years. It wasn't just a dry lecture, it was a fun conversation where Romana was very open about different cultural aspects, giving advice on how to further plan the holiday and just general smalltalk. While the main streets are quite busy in the evening, the wine bar and the street food shop werent too crowded and still allowed for a decent conversation without having to shout to get over the noise. Overall would definitely recommend the tour to get a more personal view and experience in dubrovnik.”Local experience

Romana delivered on all requests made in the planning process. She knows Dubrovnik very well, having spent her entire life there. Here knowledge of Dubrovnik (and Croatia) was spot on. “EXCELLENT TOUR! HIGHLY RECOMMANDABLE! Romana is a lovely and charming young tourist guide. I want to thank her for her excellent storytelling and for her effort to make the tour so special and magical by taking me to non-touristic and not so crowded hidden places. I was amazed and I will recommend this tour for sure! I also loved the visit of the authentic little shop with homemade sweets, spices and marmelades! “Romana was very kind and accommodating our group, booking us on the same day. She is very knowledgeable, blending historical elements with recent bits of pop culture. Romana was so sweet and came up with different things to engage/distract our little ones (7 and 5 year olds). The carob muffins were tasty for both young and grown ups. Romana picked us up and returned us to the ship on time. We spent a delightful day with her learning about history and culture. She is very knowledgable, energetic, and speaks good English. She shared her own stories with us and even introduced us to locals along the way. Our visit to the war museum and her comments helped us to better understand the conflict. Her driver was very safe and friendly. We had a few specific requests, and she accommodated us very well. As Romana taught us--Hvala, or thanks!Unforgettable experience
