Hiring Roxanne to show us around Vienna was a wonderful decision. Roxanne tailored our walking tour of Vienna to our family’s needs (some physical limitations). She also was very willing, accommodating, and flexible to find a driver that could drive us since we had someone on our tour with limited walking capabilities. She has a kind and friendly disposition, and wonderful knowledge of the history of Vienna. Her ability to navigate the city and help with translation while visiting a coffee house were extremely helpful. She felt like family by the end of our 3 hour walking tour.What A Gem!

We booked 3 days (3 hours each) tour with Roxane last week. I shared the interests of the family in understanding the history of Vienna from ancient time to the world wars. She was patient and explained many important historical events and nuances that might not have been recorded in the broadest way. She made our visit to Vienna much more meaningful. Roxane is a nice, fun, person who is very knowledgeable about the activities of the Habsburgs in Vienna from the 17th century onwards. Whether I was walking with her across the city centre, Schonbrunn or Belvedere palace, she was the right person for the job of being my guide.Habsexpert

Roxanne was not only knowledgeable about Vienna, she was also energetic and very enthusiastic while telling us the history and stories relating to Vienna especially during the world war two years and how the holocaust affected it. Roxanne was also very informative about the history both new and old.Vienna's past
