So happy we had Sara as a guide. The biggest thing she was extremely patient with us having a 1.5 year old that was fussy. She didn’t rush us or seem annoyed when we needed to tend to his needs before moving on to the next place. AS well she have us background on the area and interesting history facts we might not have known. One of the restaurants we went back to the next day because the meat and Prosecco were sooooo good! Thanks again for a delightful tour Places I wouldnt have known to try!!!

We had a lovely afternoon tasting some of Rome’s local foods with Sara! She took us to some great spots and did an excellent job explaining some tidbits about the history. Sara gave us a great tour and we got to try so many local dishes. She told us the history of each dish and differences between those dishes in Rome and the rest of Italy. She was easy to talk to and we really enjoyed our tour with her! So fun!

We had no plans upon arriving in Rome. We were incredibly lucky that Sara’s schedule had a last minute opportunity. Our family of 5, including 2 teenagers and a 10 year old all thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful tour. We didn’t know what to expect but in addition to amazing, authentic food, we heard many wonderful historical stories and saw places that we would have entirely missed on our own. We met Sarah at the market square for a food tour. Sarah was prompt, professional and friendly. Sarah was knowledgeable of the food the local history as well as the history of Rome. As we walked through the city center we stopped at significant locations to talk about the history of Rome We had an opportunity to ask as many questions as needed. Sarah was very mindful of our needs as she took us to many locations to experience the food. We had a wonderful time learning about the history of Rome with Sarah.
