I was born and raised in Tokyo.

I have had opportunities to communicate with foreign people since I was a junior high school student, because I joined American summer camp held in Japan.

Many children gathered from all over the world, and we enjoyed various activities in English.

Through this camp , I found I love to communicate with foreign people.

After graduating from the university, I worked for apparel brand company as an assistant buyer who was required to survey the latest trend, shops and culture in Tokyo metropolitan area. So I know how attractive this area is and can customize your a tour of Tokyo and Yokohama to suit your preferences.

We visited the Shibuya District and Meiji-Jingu Shrine with Sayuri as our guide. She was warm and attentive, adjusting the route based on our interests and sharing some personal insights along the way. The tour felt relaxed and well-paced, and we appreciated her thoughtful approach. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that we can definitely recommend.Great tour with a personal touch

We experienced several lovely things with Sayuri. She was kind and thoughtful, met us on time at our hotel. We visited The Fish Market and experienced delicious wagyu skewers, and toffee coated strawberries. We loved Sayuri's choice of tuna sushi at an excellent sushi restaurant. The Indigo Dyeing Workshop was a brilliant experience and we think it's a must for fabric and craft lovers. The Tokyu Plaza was interesting with lots of anime outfitted young people, and an excellent view from the rooftop. Sayuri was just the best!

From the start Sayuri came across as an intelligent and articulate woman. I feel I was lucky to get such a high quality tour guide. Before the tour, all I knew about Shibuya was the pedestrian crossing. Thanks to Sayuri I know all about the other reasons to visit Shibuya, such as the shopping and the Meiji Jingu shrine. Our tour with Sayuri was awesome! We explored a quiet neighborhood we otherwise wouldn't have stumbled uppon ourselves. Each dish we tried was different and we got to experience popular food stalls frequented by locals. We cannot recommend this tour and Sayuri enough! Sayuri was very sweet and fun and we definitely would love to book the tour again in the future! Amazing tour and guide in local area

We had a wonderful food-tasting tour with Sayuri, enjoyed a wide variety from the best sushi we ever had to macha-cake, mochi, gyoza and so on… Saruyi is a professional and very informative guide, making our walk and experience beyond expectation. We can only recommend this tour and Sayuri to everyone interested in japanese cousine. Arigato gozaimas Sayuri!Great experience, fantastic food and guide

Sayuri was wonderful. She was kind and really considered our wants and desires in regard to food. There were actually 10 tastings and all were delicious. However, I was hoping for a bit more knowledge about the history and the cultural aspects of the food we were eating. I have taken food tours elsewhere and many times I walk away knowing more about the how, where and why. So my suggestion would be to bring more of that into the tour. food tour tokyo

My friends and I had an amazing experience with Sayuri in Asakusa! She was extremely helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, and just genuinely fun to be with. When I booked the tour a few weeks in advance, Sayuri reached out ahead of time about a schedule conflict. Fortunately, we had the option to stick with her and tour a different day, which was absolutely the right decision. She did a great job showing us all the ins and outs of the Asakusa district and introduced us to a whole load of new snacks and foods on top of it. To top it off she even managed to help us pick a place and make reservations for dinner later that day! My friends and I are super grateful to her and I can’t recommend Sayuri enough!Fantastic day in Asakusa with Sayuri!
