A visit to southern Vietnam would be hardly complete without the Cu Chi Tunnels experience. For this I chose Ted to guide my family around the exhibition area of this historical subterranean outpost. It's an adventure we won't forget and this is thanks to Ted's humorous guidance and deep insights into history. He practically brought this immersive experience to life for us and ensured the pick-up and transport arrangement were comfortable and reliable. Ted is not only A Vietnam tour guide. We also discovered his love of international soccer and Hong Kong action movies. So there was plenty to chat about besides the tourism landmarks! Cool to Experience Cu Chi Tunnels

I wanted to introduce my family to Vietnam and its history - but I need some help as I'm not a local! Ted filled that gap with plenty of information and the story of Ho Chi Minh City. We had a really good day. Our guide was lovely, really good company and knowledgeable about the area of the Mekong Delta we visited, so absolutely no issues with the level of information and the quality of the tour. However I had expected the tour to 'feel' a bit different from the usual group tours, because the website suggests you can customise the tour to suit you. For the first half we basically visited the same places at the same time as other group tours. Though it was interesting and informative and he did try to make it a bit different by keeping out of the way of the groups when he could. To be fair, after the obvious tourist spots and lunch (which was OK but not spectacular) he did take us to a street market that was clearly off the tourist trail and that was a bit of an eye opener and a much appreciated diversion which was his idea. The area is very interesting and a day trip from HCMC is not nearly enough time to get to grips with it. I'm glad we didn't try to see the cu chi tunnels on the same trip that would've been too pressured! Overall a great trip with a really nice, fun guide.Mekong Delta Day trip

Ted took us on a smooth flowing, informative tour of some of HCMC’s religious, political and cultural highlights. He was super knowledgeable and had an astonishing memory of fun football facts!Great tour packed full of information

I love how Ted accommodated my group of 10 people. He was responsive with my many questions. He was very patient as well. He provided for a comfortable van and brought a box of water for all of us. He made sure we were taken cared of. Cu Chi Tunnels was an eye opener. It gave me a different perspective of the Viet history and culture. The Vietnam War showed the soldiers' resourcefulness and intelligence. Ted showed us maps, systems and process that led to the Vietnamese' victory. We had lunch in Làng Ẩm Thực 66 Hóc Môn. Ted fulfilled my request to have lunch in a local restaurant. My prompt was "take us to a restaurant where you would eat with your family" We were served with vegetables and To this day, I still smile when I think about that fresh sturgeon soup. It was nothing like I ever had before. The closest is a mix between tinola and sinigang. The meal made me full but still feel light. Overall, Ted and his driver were great to be with. He made our trip enjoyable and a core memory for sure! Ted helped me navigate a new city! He was very energetic, knowledgeable and professional. I totally recommend him for tours in Vietnam. He showed me also how to ride a scooter! So much fun. Amazing Guide!

We only had a day in HCMC before our next destination, but Ted gave us a fantastic flavour of the City - he arranged a pick up from the airport and tailored the tour to our timings and interests! Finished with a brilliant lunch and then arranged a car to take us back to the airport. Ted is knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the city. Great stopover tour with lovely Ted!

Ted was a great tour guide. We connected before the tour and he answered questions to ensure the day would be as we planned. We wanted a tour away from the crowds and Ted delivered. He sent us through an itinerary and we followed it exactly, as Ted showcased his home town with various different transportation methods throughout the day. If you want a day on the Mekong then this small private tour is the way to go! Great tour away from the crowds
