Ugo is a terrific guide. He is extremely well informed and tailors his information to the group. He is amusing and engaging. The Louvre was packed but he somehow kept up with the six of us.A wonderful introduction to the Louvre

Ugo was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I booked a semi-private tour and, in a stroke of luck, ended up getting the tour and, therefore, guide to ourselves! Ugo was terrifically knowledgeable about the art (and both French and Italian history) and told stories about pieces in a way that made them come to life. He kept things light but meaningful and we had so much fun learning as we made our way through the Louvre. He created an experience unique unto himself with his educational and cultural background and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience there. It was my husband’s first time at the Louvre and my second and I loved that I could, not only explore new areas but, learn new things and gain a different perspective about pieces I had already seen. He was utterly personable, funny, and did I mention knowledgeable? If you can have him as your guide, you’ll be in for a treat. Grazie mille, Ugo!In depth knowledge + light hearted atmosphere = one of the best experiences we've had!
