I am a Licensed Tour Guide with a M.Sc. in Architecture; I'm eager to show you my city while we're having the best gelato!

Since 2014, I run a Travel and Photography website where I share my reportage with a taste for the unusual, from Rome to the Polar Regions.

Storytelling is more than a simple passion for me and I am grateful that now it is my full-time job.

What a fabulous experience with Valeria. We loved it! We knew nothing about this hidden gem in Rome and she brought it to life. Her architectural expertise shione through, while being completely accessible to non-architects. Her grasp of the history of the area and how it links to ancient Rome, the fascist era and other eras was outstanding. She welcomed our many questions. Her tour was thoughtfully planned. Hiring Valeria was the best decision we made all trip. Her knowledge is unmatched but also her enthusiasm around the architecture and its history is what made our tour so incredible. She came with her own material which completely enhanced the experience! We were able to ask questions and go deeper on topics. She also knew where to go to beat the crowds and get the best photos. We had a wonderful tour with Valeria! She was very knowledgeable, with fun facts and entertaining stories. She was very engaging and friendly, and our entirely family (grandparents, parents, and child) found the tour very interesting. Our daughter also loved the scavenger hunt. We would highly recommend! We booked Valeria for a guided sunset photo tour of Ancient Rome, and despite the challenging conditions of Jubilee crowds and a sweltering heatwave, she delivered a beautiful experience for our group of four. Valeria is a kind and wonderful human being who immediately appealed to our 8 and 11-year-old daughters who were quite exhausted after a long day of prior tours managing to keep them engaged, which is a feat in itself! She came prepared with helpful visuals and historical materials that enriched the experience, providing meaningful context to the incredible landmarks we explored. Despite the crowded conditions, Valeria remained calm, professional, and thoughtful, and found creative ways to take stunning photos, all while navigating the chaos around the Colosseum with ease. Valeria is warm, personable, and truly passionate about what she does. Valeria was very helpful from the beginning. She had great recommendations before hand and took care of the purchasing of our tickets so I didn’t have to navigate through the official Colosseum website myself. We were a family of seven in our group so it was very private and catered towards us. My two children ages 10 and 12 enjoyed the tour and remained interested throughout the entire time. It was definitely a plus for us since only group tours can enter the colosseum in certain areas. Valeria pointed out very unique things to see which we probably would have missed if we had not done a tour. It was a bit hard to hear at times so a headset would have been helpful. Only regret was not booking a longer tour with her. Unforgettable small group tour

We paid 304 euros for a two hour tour, expecting to be wowed at this top rate. But we were not, lower rate would be more appropriate.Not the top dollar we paid.

We wanted to explore Rome beyond the usual trail, and booked a tour of Garbatella with Valeria. Valeria created a very interesting and enjoyable tour of the area, looking at it's history, architecture, public spaces, art and social culture. Valeria is a very knowledgeable and engaging guide, and Garbatella itself is a fascinating part of Rome to explore. A different side of Rome

We had an awesome time touring the colosseum and forum with Valeria. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient and taught us so much. She was very attentive to our 11, 9 & 5 year old kids and made the tour fun for them as well!Super fun family day!
