Yia sas! I’m Vasiliki—a storyteller, explorer, and lover of my country. I believe happiness comes from staying curious and never giving up.

Born and raised in Athens, I came of age during the Greek financial crisis, a time when many of my generation left in search of a better future. I chose to stay, embrace the challenge, and turn my passion for Greece into my career! Today, I’m a Wine Expert and Tour Leader, guiding travelers through Athens, the Greek islands, mainland Greece, and the rest of Europe. When I’m not leading tours, you might find me behind a DJ booth, curating the vibes for an Athenian night out.

Exploring Athens and beyond has taught me that life is meant to be lived outdoors, one step at a time. Let’s open the doors to new experiences together!

Vicky ist eine sehr kontaktfreudige, aufmerksame und rücksichtsvolle Begleiterin. Gelassen und entspannt schlenderte sie mit uns zwei Stunden durch das Zentrum von Athen. Uns hat sehr gefallen, das wir von ihr keine Vorträge zu hören bekamen, sondern immer im gemeinsamen Gespräch darüber waren, was wir gerade zu sehen oder zu kosten bekamen. So haben wir uns ein wenig kennengelernt. Es war uns eine grosse Freude. Alles Gute Vicky, vielen Dank und liebe Grüsse von Ramona und Matthias 👋👋👋„Bravo“ 😄

Vasiliki hat eine sehr authentisches und offenes Auftreten. Sie hat sofort einen freundlichen Zugang zu uns und unseren Kindern gefunden und uns Athen mit ihrem Wissen näher gebracht. We had a wonderful time strolling the streets with Vicky and learning a little about greek mythology, history and the graffiti scene in Athens..along with a delicious treat stop over. We have a 7 yrs old and 4 yrs old and albeit they were a bit sleepy and jet lagged at the start, not to mention hot in the August heat, but Vicky was energetic and kind, and customized the tour based on how they were feeling and their interests. She even kept in touch with us later to give us tips/tricks.on other areas of Greece. Great way to experience the city and get your feet and taste buds wet with a local friend. Thanks for the memories and keepsake the kids are still wearing!A memorable walk through Athens

We had this Kickstart Food Tour and Vasiliki showed us places to eat, see and experience, which we had not found by ourselves. It was one of such experience which you only see with a local guide. Vasiliki could tell us so many things and gave us information. We can highly recommend this tour.Wonderfull Foodtour through Athens

We spent a wonderful morning getting to try new Greek foods around Athens with Vasiliki (Vicki). The first place we went to was a small greek cafe where we tried some greek pastries, a spinach pie as well as a delicious cream filled pie as well as the infamous Greek coffee. Next we walked through a meat and fish market which was so interesting! The second food we tried were pistachios which are very popular in Athens and Greece. Following that, we walked over to a stand that had many varieties of olives. We tried all sorts of different types of olives. After that we stopped in a place that had a bunch of different kinds of cheese and personally I thought they were all so delicious, especially the creamy feta! The next food we tried after that were greek meat skewers called souvlaki. We got to try both the chicken and pork and both were so tasty! Lastly to finish out the tour we went to a little dessert place and tried a type of dessert called lukamades and they were so good! Vasiliki was a wonderful tour guide! She spoke wonderful english, was easy to talk to, and was so nice! Throughout the tour while telling us about the food she also gave us a history lesson on Greece and told us more about each area we were walking through. She was our family's favorite tour guide and made this tour the best one we have ever been on! Vicki helped to provide us with an excellent introduction to Athens and we would highly recommend her tour!Best Tour We've Ever Been On!

Our tour with Vasliliki was was a great start to our Athens trip. After a sleepless flight, Vasiliki’s vibrancy and enthusiasm was just what we needed. Her knowledge of the local markets, memories of weekend trips with family as a kid and her constant bumping into her friends, made her the perfect guide to the city. Fantastic Tour

Vasiliki created a bespoke experience for our tour through Athens. We spent 4 amazing hours with her and recommend you do the same. You must take the culinary tour with Vasaliki. She was such a fun and exceptional tour guide. Not only did we try six new food items here in Athens she told us so much history about the market, the areas we walked around and the family owned shops we frequented. It was so exciting to start our trip with this tour. Vasaliki is the one to choose you will not be disappointed. A food tour delight

Vasiliki is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Athens. She showed us the local market, took us for a delicious honey tasting, as well as other areas of Athens. We all just loved her personality and spending time with her. Awesome Tour
