In the twenty years that I have lived on the island I have experienced so much with the Sicilians, made memories and discovered many beautiful places! Are you ready to explore Sicily?

On the island I have made many friends and my Dutch friend Marlies loves to share her tips about Sicily as well.

If I’m not on the island Marlies will enthusiastically guide the tour.

We found Welmoed so easily with her exact descriptions of her and the meeting point. She was extremely knowledgeable about all things Sicilian and Italian and her guided journey through Taormina was full of back street sights, history and knowledge. She has even reached out to us after the tour to provide contacts in other towns and offer her assistance if we were in need of anything whilst we are holidays. A great host.Wonderful Experience

Ho trascorso una mattinata indimenticabile a Taormina, accompagnato da due competenti guide olandesi, già immerse nella vita siciliana. La loro gentilezza e dedizione mi hanno permesso di apprendere l'essenziale, ma soprattutto mi hanno invitato a tornare l'anno prossimo per un altro tour più approfondito, sempre con la loro guida. Una delle mie migliori esperienze con guide in Italia, in una parte così speciale della Sicilia.Splendida mattinata a Taormina

We spent the day exploring Taormina and had a wonderful day! It was great to see the city from a locals point of view ! I definitely recommend this service ! We felt like we were getting to see the ins and outs of Taormina that a regular tourist may not experience ! So glad we booked with locals
