Hey there, my name is William, Will for short.
When you're on a private tour with me I'd like to make sure it's a nice relaxing and chilled time, so it's not a typical tour with super strict time frame. Also if you have young children I have proper seats for them in the car.
I grew up in New Zealand, so you can expect one of the best accents in the world during the tour.

William was so easy going and very helpful. He noticed my family were not very fond of stairs and gave us option to go for shorter, easier route. He also gave us time to explore the places ourselves and not rush us, which is something we appreciate. He made the whole trip very comfortable for us too. If I were to visit Taiwan another time, I would go with William again. He makes things easy for us

William met us at the Cruise Terminal and took us for a very interesting and informative day out prior to our late evening flight home.
He is easy to understand, very accommodating and knows his city and its sights.
He understood our need to take it easy and helped us where admissions, etc needed a local language speaker.
The day ended at the Chiang Kai Shek Memorial which was the crowning glory.Great day out

It was super fun seeing some of the cool areas outside of Taipei with William! I enjoyed the waterfall the most! Super pretty and scenic. It was also fun to see Jiufen and Shifen! Fun Tour

William was awesome. Ready and waiting for us upon disembarkation. Will spoke excellent English as he grew up in New Zealand. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Will answered all of our questions when visiting various sites around Taipei. He was more than happy to adjust our tours for personalised experience. I would highly recommend William in a heartbeat. Our day with William was one of our trip highlights. He picked us up from our hotel, explaining many sights as we drove to Juifen, Shifen and Pingxi. Along the way he asked questions about what we were interested in, and tailored the experience to suit our interests. He was mindful of my mother in law, and ensured she was comfortable and well looked after. Aussies & Kiwis generally have a similar outlook and it was great to share a laugh or two as well!Relaxed & Fun

Will was most accommodating of our needs and requirements. He tweaked the itinerary more than twice months ahead of the trip and many more times on the trip due to rain. He organised the necessary accessories to make the trip as comfortable and easy for my elderly mom. I would use him if I visit Taiwan again.
