We had such a great tour. Ana was a fantastic guide and made our experience perfect for my 78 yo mother and 7 yo daughter. We loved listening to her explain the architecture and culture and laughed at her anecdotes about the sultans. She understood the needs of our family and adjusted the pace of the tour to our needs. Eleonora is wonderful! I had asked her to focus on my 14-year-old granddaughter and Eleonora walked her through the Rome big city shopping experience, which is very different from shopping in our home city. She chose age appropriate stores, guided her through cloth selection and talked to her about style and quality. She even helped me with a little shopping! A very fun experience.

Eleonora was very knowledgeable about many aspects of fashion. She tailored our time with her to meet our interests. We visited many different types of stores and were able to talk with some of the employees of these stores too.

After we had already experienced the "Hidden Gems" with Ana, we also visited the Alhambra with her. She organized the tour so well that we were able to visit all the palaces and places almost undisturbed. She told both the history of the Alhambra and many additional stories, creating a vivid picture. We also got good restaurant and insider tips for Granada. Clear recommendation!

My husband and I had an incredible day with Ana touring the Alhambra. She is so knowledgeable not only about the Alhambra but so many aspects of history, language and architecture and was able to answer all of our questions throughout the day. As really painted a picture of Granada and Andalusia throughout history and brought the incredibly beautiful palace to life.
