We already love, love, love cheese and are relatively familiar with many varieties, but Catherine was able to explain the ecological, geographic, and economic histories behind the production of various French cheeses so that we felt we were eating fabulous new things paired with the perfect wine. Highly recommended.

We had the absolute best experience with Chef Jean Yves at his private restaurant! His macaron class felt more authentically “Parisian” than anything else we did while we were in Paris. From the warm welcome, to the incredible ambience, to the delectable champagne and macarons, this experience tops our list of must-dos!

Catherine was so easy to plan with and delivered a fantastic cheese tasting! She is so knowledgeable about the different types of cheese, the regions of the country, the cheese-making process, and the pairings. We didn’t want wine, so she provided a fabulous, orchard-bottled apple juice from the north of France. I definitely recommend this experience for all cheese-lovers!
