I visited Melina in her home to have a private cooking lesson and it was incredibly authentic and personal. We made 3 different Ancient Greek recipes. Melina is now someone I can call a friend. If you like to experience the local culture while traveling through cooking, then book this experience!

My whole family ages 24-65 enjoyed Eleni’s tour of Knosos and the Archeological Museum of Crete. She knows her history - not only of the ancients of Crete, but of other civilizations across the timeline. She is a good storyteller though and kept us all engaged and interested.

From the warm welcome and the amazing hospitality, to the stunning view and delicious meal - everything surpassed our expectations! It was a good thing we skipped lunch that day because there was so much food! My kids are still talking about how much they enjoyed the calamari and the baked feta. Highly recommend!
