We did the 10 tastings of Palermo with Dario and it was wonderful. We tried lots of local cuisine plus some funky ones after he made sure we were okay time that, and we got some steps in while exploring the city. Highly recommend!

A tour with Dario is a must for your time in Palermo! He was extremely passionate and knowledgeable about Palermo and Sicily which added to the great eating experience we had. The street/market food on the walking tour was the best food we had all trip! It's a great way to see the city and Dario was a fantastic guide :)

We loved walking around Palermo with Salvatore! He is so friendly and charming and knowledgeable. We didn’t have as much time as we would have liked, but he made it work, and he also helped us find secure parking. He could not have been a better host and guide. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time with him.

Dario nailed it with a wonderful tasting experience. Leading us through food markets, to an outdoor BBQ and unique cafe's. We enjoyed learning about the life and history of Palermo through the eyes of a resident. If desired, Dario will share some daring food choices unique to this region, which we greatly appreciated.

Dario was a great host, warm and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and took us to the places we would not have found on our own. The tour was at a great pace, nice and relaxed but we saw (and ate) a lot. The food was all local and very diverse; it was great to try so many things we would not normally have eaten. Full Credit to Dario - we would definitely recommend!

Dario was a great host to introduce us to the street food and streets of Palermo. After our time with Dario, we felt more comfortable to explore on our own. He showed us hidden gems that we never would have experienced on our own!
