A Warm Experience in Rome
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful and warm experience with Giovanni and Claudia learning to make gnocchi. We would highly recommend this to anyone interested in an authentic Roman meal with a lovely couple who made us feel welcome into their home. Feeling at home!!
It is our second visit at Claudia and Giovanni and again we received a fantastic welcome. This time we learned how to make pasta. It feels like you are part of their family. Very warm and sweet family with a lot of patience ;-) laughter and humor. A place to remember and go back to!!

Incredible pasta and experience!
Our lunch with Massimo was amazing! We learned great techniques in his kitchen and then enjoyed the best pasta with homemade sauces we have ever had! Highly recommend this class when in Rome!

Felt like cooking with a friend
We did a fettuccine cooking class with 4 adults and 2 young children (ages 1 and 4). We were nervous initially because our kids are young but Massimo was wonderful! He set my 4 year old up with a bowl of “pasta mixture” for her to play with and she loved it. He was very welcoming and we felt like we learned so much! Truly felt like a casual Thursday afternoon making pasta with a friend.

Schöner Abend
Wir haben auf unterhaltsame Weise gelernt wie man köstliche Kartoffelgnocchi selber macht. Anschließend durften wir sie auf zwei verschiedene Arten genießen und uns dabei mit den Gadtgebern unterhalten. Es war ein gemütlicher Abend und unseren Kindern hat es auch gefallen.
