Communication with Emanuele was great, but unfortunately he had a conflict and we couldn't meet at the other times he was available. He found Camilla as a replacement. She was very knowledgeable and a local Venetian. We got to see the Grand Canal, Murano, & Burano. Excellent experience.

Emanuele was friendly, knowledgable and energetic. He catered our tour to our time, interests and ability to tolerate the 96 degree heat. We circumvented the area and saw some of Venice, Murano and Burano during our 6 hour tour. He chose the perfect lunch spot to accommodate our mixed age group. Well done, Emanuele. We highly recommend him!

Lu is knowledgable and tailors the tour to you which was fab - good to do early morning and also include a great breakfast

We had a great time with Emanuele and it was an awesome experience. Not only did he take us to great locations but he also showed us local stores and shared local knowledge of Venice, Murano and Burano.

Emanuele was maybe the best tour guide we had during a week long trip where we had several guides in multiple cities. He was informative, entertaining, and he personalized the tour to us. We also had an unfortunate medical incident with one traveler and he made sure everything was taken care of. I’d definitely recommend Emanuele.

This was our third trip to. Eunice and I thought we had seen all the highlights. Lucrezia definitely proved us wrong. So many highlights in the city that she took us to that we never knew were there. Took time answer all of our questions and even took us to multiple spots of the beaten path. Would definitely book another trip next time in Venice.

Loved this tour and Lucrezia! She was so kind and we learned so much history in a fun way! We were taken off the beaten path and did so much more than typical tourist things. She gave us so many great recommendations for everything from food, drinks, things to do that interested us all and where to stay when we return ( hopefully) one day! Absolutely wonderful tour!

Die Führung war sehr interessant, kurzweilig und unterhaltsam. Lucrezia ist ein toller guide mit einem grossen KnowHow, sehr sympatisch und macht ihren Job sehr gewissenhaft und mit Leidenschaft. Absolut empfehlenswert!
