Kennedy was a great guide. Her English is perfect. We notified her that our original tour plan does not suit our needs and she immediately shifted to other plan that is not on the bulk tourist interest and lead us to "secret" gems that we enjoyed very much

Abu is a great guide. He showed us all the important spots and knew exactly where to take us when we had specific requests to see something. He took family pictures of us and knew the good spots where to take them. He is very nice and we had a good time.

It was wonderful to spend an afternoon with Gulay in Asaksura. She tailored our adventure to everything I asked about in advance and was very considerate to accommodating with this Japan summer heat.

She customized a tour for our specific interests and showed us things not on the typical "tourist trail". She is personable and fun to talk to. We visited the Shibuya District and Meiji-Jingu Shrine with Sayuri as our guide. She was warm and attentive, adjusting the route based on our interests and sharing some personal insights along the way. The tour felt relaxed and well-paced, and we appreciated her thoughtful approach. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that we can definitely recommend.

We started our trip to Tokyo with a tour from Gulay, and she gave us so many helpful hints about everything from the train system to the history of the area. Even though we had to book the excursion a little last minute, she was very flexible to find a time that worked for us and show us sites we were interested in. I would highly recommend any travelers to book with her!

Highly recommend this tour - Gulay was great showing us the area and providing information about the city while also tailoring it to my five year old. She made sure to bring coins for the toy machines. She also showed us how to get the welcome suica card and buy our train tickets to Nagano. Thanks Gulay!

My son and I along with our friends had a wonderful time with Gulay exploring Tokyo. Helped us understand the nuances of the areas and showed us a lot. Also provided us some ideas for rest of trip which was helpful. Also able to get us last minute entrance to a MiniPig cafe which was Awesome.

Seden was great. We had a family group from 7 to 70+ with varying ability levels. She tailored the tour to our needs, and it made the tour that much more enjoyable. We loved the custom-made Cola! She was so patient and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend her.
