This was our first visit to Japan. Gulay was so helpful in firstly communicating with us prior to our trip, and then providing an exceptional tour experience. Gulay was flexible in her approach, ensuring we took opportunities that arose as we walked. We wish we could take her with us for the remainder of our travels around Japan.

Max was great. Easy to communicate with in the lead up to the tour, and friendly throughout. He made a considerable effort to include stops that appealed to our kids which was appreciated and led to a better experience for everyone. The snippets of stories around the history of Osaka were brilliant. Would highly recommend Max for anyone coming to Osaka.

I CANNOT say now awesome Jessica was to me and my daughters. She knew the city, where to get the best food, and engaged so well with my teens. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best experience in Osaka!

Sebestian was an amazing guide, he took care of my Aging mums leg issue and plan the trip so well and even arrange a lift service for her. And he is such a history geek that he shares interesting stories of Japan. Would be looking forward to plan another trip with him in a few months time

We had a great time touring Osaka with Naoki! He did a great job explaining the history and cultural aspects. Naoki provided the most thorough explanation that we've heard of Shinto traditions. He was great with my three kids and very flexible. He went above and beyond ensuring we knew where to get to our next stop after the tour. Top marks and happily recommend his tour!

Family of four (with 2 late teens sons). We booked an Osaka to Kyoto day trip, and Osaka Highlights and Hidden Gem the next day with Naoki. Our sons commented that Naoki felt like a cousin from overseas taking us around. Apart from Naomi’s local knowledge and experience, his genuine warmth and kindness made this a memorable experience!

Our tour with Lucy was fabulous! We didn't quite know where to start exploring Kanazawa and after our tour with Lucy we knew so much more about the city and what we could see and do.
