We couldn't have had a better start for our trip to Taiwan. June is the perfect host, we learned not only so much about food and its origins but also about the families who prepare and sell it. We had a great time in our private tour in Taipei with Garen, tailor-made for our preferences. We saw some of the major sights, learned about history and architecture, and got to try some local foods and sweets. Garen was super friendly and very very informative. We learned a lot! Definitely recommend!!

Our family of four had a wonderful time doing the trip to Shifen and Jiufen with Jessica. She is a great guide, knows a lot but not intrusive, we avoided crowds, got great pictures and learned so much. Highly recommend the trip with her - we left in the late afternoon and had cooler weather and fewer crowds! She was also great with our teen daughters. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely evening with Jessica sampling the amazing street food options available in the Raohe Night Market, and learning about Taiwanese culture. She’s fantastic and wooild highly recommend this tour to anyone.

So my family and I were in town for a few days and booked both the 10 tastings of Taipei along with the five hour highlights of Taipei. Both were excellent. Garen is highly knowledgeable about the history of Taiwan. She showed us all around the city and the various foods that make Taipei. Highly recommend.

I was only in Taipei for an eight hour stop over and the tour with Garen was the perfect way try amazing food and experience the local culture. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Taiwan.

Agnes is an outstanding host. Full of knowledge about Taiwan, Taipei, and the history. She really shows endless passion for her city and her country. She showed me some wonderful places, besides the normal tourist tracks, without excluding the must sees. And she was flexible to even fulfill special wishes. Full recommendation!
