I would say the best meal in Amsterdam. Simon and his partner are so sweet. They were really amazing host. Food was really goood and healthy. Everything is perfect. Definitely comeback next time.

Rubio was great local guide who led us on a 3 hour biking trek in the countryside outside of Amsterdam. We saw the most charming towns, visited a dairy farm, and learned so much more about the area. We felt like we were getting an inside look to the most special parts. We felt like a local (and thee exercise was refreshing as well). I can’t wait to go back and explore more. Thank you Rubio!!

Rubio gave us a very personal tour incorporating our love of boats. Being able to view from water level gave my photos a unique perspective. Highly recommended, and great communication with our airport pickup, needed after 36 hours travelling. The Jaguar S type was the icing on the cake. Cheers

Anyone looking to join these guys for a meal are in for a treat! Simon is an amazing cook, and the conversation over lunch was simply the best. If you haven’t tried this experience because you’re afraid of awkwardness, don’t be! They make you feel at home very quickly.

My spouse and I had such a wonderful time with Simon and Rein - food and wine were delicious too! Could not recommend more!

From the glass of Rośe on the rooftop terrace to the molten chocolate cake dessert, the entire evening was flawless. Delicious food and sparkling conversation made it the highlight of our stay in Amsterdam. HIGHLY recommended.
