We had a wonderfully entertaining afternoon walking and learning about a darker side of Paris. Lucien was easy to understand, flexible on what we saw, educational and fun. Lots of helpful suggestions about what else to do also. He’s very knowledgeable!

My wife and I had a wonderful 3-hour tour with Lucien. His English is excellent, and his knowledge of French history is vast. His stories were interesting; no risk of being bored with Lucien! I would not hesitate to use Lucien again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Lucien on the Jewish history tour. Lucien is charming, a little quirky (delightfully so), and extremely knowledgable. It was a bit rainy as we walked thru the Latin Quarter, over Ile de la Cite to see Notre Dame, and end up in le Marais. We learned much and would highly recommend Lucien for any tour he may offer!! Cristina led us on a wonderful tour. She spoke excellent English and explained the features of our visited sites clearly. She has an in depth knowledge of not only the history of Florence but the culture,economics and politics too.Cristina was able to answer our many questions clearly.We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her and highly recommend her services.

We had a great tour! We enjoyed weaving through the city and learning about the history behind buildings and statues we otherwise would have just walked by. Lucien was also funny and engaging, we liked his little personal stories as much as we liked Napoleon’s!

We absolutely loved our tour with Lucien. One of the people in our group was a history buff yet we all found the tour fascinating. Lucien is SO knowledgeable about not only WWII but history in general. We had such a great time and would definitely book with Lucien again.
