Nothing beats a tour guide who is knowledgeable and passionate about her city EXCEPT a tour guide who also helped us navigate parking on the day of the Palio and saved us hours of traffic heartache on her day off. Eric was fabulous. He managed the tour in a way that my mother (who doesn't walk well) was able to manage and enjoy the history of the main square and chocolate shops along the way. He was knowledgable, friendly, and gave us tips about places to go to drink and eat the best waffles. I highly recommend!
