We has a wonderful time with Elise, she was so flexible with things forever changing with our kids. Nothing was too hard and she was so happy to go with the flow and our needs, changing the itinerary as we went. She was very knowledgeable and had great food recommendations as well. Spring was lots of fun, she was so helpful explaining everything. We enjoyed our walk around all the local back alleys meeting locals along the way. The food was so varied and interesting. My husband enjoyed the stuffed snails but the highlight for me was the avocado ice cream. I would highly recommend Spring.
